So proud to partner with @harmonycolumbus and @wardrobetherapy to create Encore! This one-of-kind shop offers the type personal service and merchandise you’d expect from a high-end boutique but it provides this for free to deserving people in need, whether they’re refugees settling in a new home or the formerly incarcerated re-entering the community.

Individuals can get the clothing they need for a new phase of life along with expert styling for completely free because of the generosity people like you and the amazing team at Harmony!

Thrilled to see many of our fixtures and a ton of our merchandise being put to the best use by the incredible team at Encore!

How can you help??

Volunteer: If you’d like to volunteer your time to help power this massive endeavor, this service requires lots of love and labor, let us know and we’ll connect you.

Donate: And if you have great clothing in your closet that deserves a second chance, reach out to us about how you can donate and what items are particularly needed!

Share: send this along to anyone or any organization who might benefit!

Encore is a project that will help thousands with essential clothing and home goods and will be a model for programs around the country to follow! Get involved with us!

Truly special day supporting the life changing work @harmonycolumbus does for folks who are incarcerated or re-entering the community!

Today was a showcase of the amazing new boutique, Encore, that Harmony created and launched with support from our friends at @wardrobetherapy and ourselves to give free high quality clothing with a dignified experience to people in need.

The audience today was a hundred leaders from the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Corrections, county and city leaders, and a variety of non-profits who work in re-entry. People who go to work every day in challenging circumstances aiming to making life better for an often forgotten population.

Our favorite part was when our friend Paul took the stage, in his Pursuit suit, to talk about what Harmony’s prison choir and his experience getting a suit meant to him. Late last year he walked out of Pickaway Correctional for the first time in 25 years wearing his suit.

After the presentation the group toured the Encore store and we got to see a big group of volunteers from @mountcarmelhealth volunteering in the warehouse sorting clothing—including a lot of products we donated being put on the racks we contributed when moving out of our warehouse.

We’ll share more soon about Encore and how you can support the work but don’t hesitate to ask questions in the meantime!
