A decade of dazzlement—mostly delightful, sometimes downright maddening—has brought us to the moment for a grand reset. Yes, we’ll be back: leaner, fresher, cooler. But before we reinvent the warp drive, we’re firing up one last soirée for the faithful. Expect first‑ever surprises woven in with the signature mischief you’ve come to love. Invites blast off tomorrow and the day after; if yours doesn’t land, take the hint and ride the ripple. It’s our first gathering in two years. This is @warp_core : not a checklist, not a scene, but a sanctuary for those who live for the music and the camaraderie. For the ones who were, are, and always ought to be here—this one’s for you.

Next month marks my last waltz with @warp_core —for now. Ten turbo‑charged years have blurred past in electric technicolour: vertiginous highs, bone‑rattling lows, and the occasional crowd that smelt like a gym kit left on a Delhi summer’s day. Still, every beat was worth the bruises. This isn’t a farewell to music or to warpcore; it’s a well earned breather. Life’s pulled me into fresh orbits, and I’m off‑world more often than I’m home. We’ll hibernate with a feral, month‑long barrage of shows—raw, urgent, unmistakably warpcore—culminating in the resurrection of the Basement we call warpcore X. After that comes a short stasis. Then, like any good starship emerging from a refit, warpcore will return in a sleeker, stranger avatar we’ve been quietly engineering behind the scenes. And to those writing the eulogy already: save your ink. warpcore isn’t dead; it’s tethered to my pulse. I never did this for the crowd. I did it because the music in my head demanded a stage—and that stage will always be there when I need it. So see you at #warpcoreX

For the last couple of years, I have increasingly taken a step back from warpcore, but one of the things that I have embraced is mixology. During COVID, I started making cocktails, and hence so I return to @blaqandwyte.delhi tomorrow to take over the bar to serve ya all some F1-themed cocktails. Of course, this is paired with the screening of the Emilio Romangna F1 GP which starts at 6:30 PM, on the huge screen with my fellow F1 fanatics who just don’t know Drive To Survive. F1 is of course a huge passion of mine and I do cover it in my day job which was also one of the new COVID-induced skills I had attained. So this weekend while I am not at Imola, I am Bones the dastardly and you’re going to be in the toe of my slipstream. Post the race, some festivities featuring a different kind of mixology — something that @warp_core has been known for feat the super talented @ashnamalik , @zephyr_yc and @bluetickmusic — we hope to make this a regular affair through the European F1 season. Some nice, fun, and different than the usual lunatic shindig.
