Well, hello again! 👋❤️

I’ve been a little quiet around here. Not because life hasn’t been full (quite the opposite!), but because I’ve been wrestling with something…

How do I share this beautiful, messy, abundant life without missing the best parts of actually living it?

The time with family. Friends. My patients. The little things that are really the big things.

And then a patient said something that stuck with me. She told me how much she appreciated my posts, especially the glimpses into my life outside the exam room. That seeing me as a human made her feel more comfortable, more connected, and more trusting.

And I thought… well, that’s pretty special. ❤️

Because while being a physician is an enormous part of who I am, it’s not all of who I am.

So here’s to finding the balance. Being present for the moments that matter, sharing a few along the way, and remembering that connection is what it’s all about.

Less scrolling. More living. A little sharing. A whole lot of heart.

I’m here for all of it. ✨

Happy belated 17th birthday to my first baby. 🤍

Warren, thank you for choosing me to be your mom. Watching that little baby grow into the young man you are today has been one of the greatest privileges of my life. Being your mom is, without question, one of the greatest gifts of this lifetime.

I love you more than you’ll ever know. Happy 17th, Bub. ❤️

Back to school and into the next chapter. 🤍

Three different stages. So much excitement for what’s ahead.

Work hard. Stay kind. Trust yourselves. Have fun. Keep becoming the best versions of yourselves.

Three incredible humans I get to call mine. Forever grateful we get to walk through this life together. I’d choose you three, over and over again. ❤️
