What a day… team @soulfightersbjjassociation Wasatch took 1st in Utah. I took home gold after some tough matches, and the team spirit was incredible to be apart of. @reese.a.roni.bjj has built a group of warriors that try to kill each other every day, and support each other with equal intensity. So grateful to have the opportunity to go to battle with you all.

"Through these fields of destruction
Baptisms of fire
I've witnessed your suffering
As the battle raged high
And though they did hurt me so bad
In the fear and alarm
You did not desert me
My brother's in arms"

Brothers In Arms
-Mark Knopfler

I've cornered too many fights to count, and seen too many to remember. This was one I'll never forget.🪓 One of the most heroic performances of an amateur fighter I've ever seen, and am honored to have been a part of it. Gratitude to everyone who helped out with this one.
