What better way to wish @slaymskaye a happy birthday than to celebrate her baby @washingtonave !!! If it wasn’t for Ms. Kaye, I wouldn’t be the model and creative I am today!

She has pushed me more than anyone has ever in this field, believed in me when I didn’t see much in myself, and her eye/creativity is truly out of this world!!! I call her my fashion mom because she truly is that and was that to me at a time where it was pivotal in my life, like God knew what He was doing when He placed us together. The lessons you’ve taught me are ones I still use to this day, both creatively and beyond.

Those e-com shots weren’t just another shoot day, but a space where we would create, laugh, explore new designs, eat, and an escape from life. When I say Ms. Kaye is ONE OF ONE, I truly mean it. It’s an honor not only to be an Ave girl, but to know her!
