"Tiger" by Anshul Chauhan at BIFF/MOSTRA/IFFI

POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

TIGER Official Motion Picture Soundtrack out now. Original music by Tyler McBeth & Mora Moth for the film by Anshul Chauhan.

Tiger is an intimate and deeply human story. From the beginning, our role as composers felt unusually clear: to protect and amplify the most vulnerable emotions carried by its characters.
We wanted the music to guide the viewer beyond the surface of an LGBTQ drama, toward something more fundamental; to remind even the most resistant viewers that this story is ultimately about real people facing real choices, driven by the same universal desires to love, to be loved, and to live with compassion.

All music composed, arranged, and produced by Tyler McBeth & Mora Moth.
“Neon Shadows” mixed and mastered by AyoBudd.
Recorded at Eschata Studio in Ota, Tokyo and Fujisawa, Kanagawa.

some bts I found in my archives from a project I shot with @lisa.siera years ago. a lot has changed between then and now - projects and people have come and go. We’ve both grown so much since that time.

and now three years later, she’s starring in my sci-fi short film. time and change works in circles and in spirals and I’m glad to be coming back again to where we began, but as entirely new people.

We scouted for this shoot a full year ago. A bunch of delays, mishaps, forgetting shoes for set, and freezing shoot days later, we’re finally releasing this music video. All is to that to say that sometimes things take more time than you’re expecting, but you’ll always end up when you’re meant to be.

As always, thank you to my amazing crew who helped me pull this one together, despite all the limitations - making thing with friends will always be one of my favorite things 🖤

Every year, nearly 100,000 people vanish without a trace in Japan.
They are the jōhatsu, “the evaporated”, those who choose to disappear, escaping shame, debt, or the weight of broken ties.

In this two-minute short documentary, we follow Goro, a private investigator who searches for these invisible lives - the ghosts of modern Japan.
