We’ve been away for the summer break, but we’re back — and what better way to return than with Geneva Watch Days 2026.

A few of our DWC members made their way to Geneva this year, and judging by their reports from the field, GWD26 was about much more than the watches.

WWhen we asked what they enjoyed most, this is what they told us:

Last night, Doha Watch Club was invited to a fantastic evening hosted by 51East and TUDOR, bringing members together to enjoy the latest pieces up close in a relaxed, social setting. Beyond wrist time, the event kept the energy high with a series of games and hands-on activities that sparked plenty of friendly competition and great conversation. It was the perfect mix of watch appreciation and community—exactly what makes these gatherings so memorable. Thank you to @fady.v.m and the teams at 51East and TUDOR for the warm hospitality, thoughtful organisation, and for making our members feel genuinely welcome throughout the night. We’re already looking forward to the next one. Thanks to our field reporter @watch.zack for the great images!

Last night, Doha Watch Club was hosted by IWC and Al Majed Jewellery for an intimate showcase of the Watches & Wonders novelties. We began with the Ingenieur story at its most ambitious: the Ingenieur Perpetual Calendar 41—the first titanium Ingenieur to combine the Gérald Genta-inspired design with Kurt Klaus’ perpetual calendar, bringing serious complication into a clean, integrated-bracelet sports watch. We then explored the Ingenieur Automatic 35 for its faithful, compact ergonomics, and the bold Ingenieur Automatic 42 in dark olive green ceramic. The Le Petit Prince return followed with the Pilot’s Watch Chronograph 41, Mark XX, and Portofino Day & Night 34. We closed with the Pilot’s Watch Chronograph Laureus—and the standout Pilot’s Venturer Vertical Drive, whose dramatic linear “vertical” architecture and power-delivery concept made it the ultimate conversation piece of the night.

Yesterday’s gathering was a much-needed pause, simple, warm, and overdue. Even with everything happening around us and plans shifting at the last minute, it was genuinely great to finally see each other again, share NWAs, and catch up face to face. The conversations flowed the way they always do when the club is together: watches, life, what’s next, and the small details that remind you why this community matters. Thank you to everyone who made the effort to come through, and to those who couldn’t make it this time, we missed you and look forward to the next one, very soon.

The final chapter of our magical visit to the Breguet manufacture took us into the collection—an extraordinary moment to step back from the ateliers and see the Maison’s history through its most iconic pieces. Hearing the stories behind these creations, and then experiencing the 250th anniversary collection first-hand, was the perfect closing note: a reminder that Breguet’s legacy isn’t only preserved in museums, but continuously renewed through living craft. What a way to conclude an unforgettable journey. Our sincere thanks, once again, to the Breguet team for their generosity and hospitality, and to the Alfardan team for making this experience possible for Doha Watch Club.
