Today I have taken out and wore for the first time my Casio G-Shock DW-5000R-1A-DR which is a re-issue model of the DW-5000R-1A which was the very first G-Shock ever produced back in 1985. On the first one the case back was solid stainless steel, as you can see in the reissue #casiogshockoriginal #gshockdw5000r

This watch is my vintage Seiko 7548 150m Quartz Diver, famously known for its distinctive red and blue β€œPepsi” bezel. It has it original strap which like the watch itself has great patina ##seiko7548pepsi #seikopepsi #vintageseiko #vintageseikodiver

This is my early 1970’s Heuer Autavia. Because I have a Classic Sports Car I wanted to have a watch to wear when diving it. And what better to wear than a Heuer Autavia. Most Grand Prix drivers at the time had a Heuer. And for those who don’t know, Heuer was the first product name to be advertised on Grant Prix Cars. This model reference is the 1563, not to be confused with the Orange Boy, which is the reference 1163/0. It was only in the mid 1980’s that TAG bought the company that it became TAG HEUER, and for me personally the charm was lost #heuer1563autavia #jackheuer #grandprix #drivingwatches

Today I am wearing my 1970’s Anker 060 Chronograph, which has a similar look and exactly the same movement as the original Porsche Design Chronograph 1, The movement is the Valjoux 7750. I found the watch in a great antique/curio shop in Zagreb Croatia, 4 years ago. I’ve had it serviced and cleaned up some what, but tastefully #valjoux7750 #ankerwatch #zargrebcroatia

This Vintage Seiko 5 is the only watch I have that is not a tool watch. All my other watches are Military or Dive or Chronographs. I picked it up for very cheap in a watch repair shop in Dubai, but as soon as I saw it I just had to have it. I love the clean and simple dial as well as the 70’s looking Bracelet. #seiko5 #vintageseiko #dubaigoldsouk
