9.12 — Central Hall

The whole idea came out of nowhere while I was speaking with a close friend. There was no process for it. It was just what felt right at the moment. And that’s what this is all about. doing what feels right, every step of the way.

I spend more time with myself than with anyone else working on this. trying to make it my voice, my way to express, my way to live. doing it full of faith, simply because it feels right for me… it gets lonely sometimes.

That’s why the whole event is about everyone who’s on that same journey. building something from nothing, knowing how hard it is, yet still giving their whole life to it. It’s a space to express themselves, and share it with others.

We all need moments to unpack, and talk. Maybe this day will be the reason for someone to say something through their creation, through their presence, through just being there. Just to do something that feels good.

It’s worth being there.
It’s going to be a Good day we promise you that.

Finally… thank you to everyone who is helping bring this to life, and to everyone who believed in the idea before it even existed.

Finally, after 2 and a half months I got my Tag back from service. It was long overdue (hadn’t been serviced in 7 years 😅) and it feels like a new watch to wind, also nice that they give it back to you in a watch case with the old rubber gaskets so you can see how bad of a state they were in!! Despite not paying for the extra £100 for a polishing, they did it anyway and I’m really impressed how sharp the edges still feel. I initially didn’t want them to as I’ve heard horror stories of the final results but I’m really happy with the how it turned out .

All in all, TagHeuer did a fantastic job serving the watch and it’s nice that they kept it for a while, have me more time with the PRX and I had forgotten just how great if a watch it is too wear as well!
