Just a little late night lume action on a slow night of patrol. The Hydroconquest lume is pretty rad. If you’re workin, stay safe and stay warm out there! #longines #hydroconquest #wristroll #wristcheck #sbwc

A little chilly evening range session with the Longines Hydroconquest on the SBWC x CBLC chocolate chip strap. Not a bad way to start my shift. #sbwc #longines #strapbeast #wristcheck #watchesofinstagram

It’s officially spooky season…. Huge scare last night, this ol’ boy took a fall while effecting an arrest on a spirited individual and now my unidirectional bezel is a bidirectional bezel…….. probably should get that looked at, everything else is running fine

It’s Friday my guy. That means challenge coins. What do you have on you today? @sketchyboyzwatchclub death card coin featured here with my Breitling Avenger and some tools of the trade from work. #challengecoinfriday #sbwc #breitling #avenger #wristcheck

What Breitling are you wearing today? Make sure you get in the gym and pay the man this week. 1% better every day is the goal out here. Let’s get it! The Breitling Avenger is truly at home in any environment (it adds 5lbs to my deadlift I swear). #wristcheck #fitness #breitling #avenger #sbwc

Next Gen starter kit… well used.
Building, supporting, and maintaining community is extremely important to all of us.
Exposure to specific environments and professionals has had profound impacts at various stages of our lives. Sharing insights and personal experiences is an integral component to us as we develop our young ones. In staying true to this, we took little-man on a tour of a new PD which subsequently turned into an impromptu share fest of essential carry-tools.
Proud moments and instantaneous memories.

Incoming hot take for my law enforcement buddies out here (it really shouldn’t be a hot take but you’ll see what I mean). If you’re in a supervisory position it should mean that you’re the most skilled, competent, technically and tactically sound individual of those who you supervise. You should also be actively striving to be a LEADER of men and women, not a manager. Is there a time and a place for management? Yes but it should be a snapshot in time, followed by training, leadership, and mentorship. Pictured here is an end of shift narcotics DUI I located for my guys and walked through the entirety of the investigation with a guy who is a great young cop that wasn’t confident in his drug DUI detection skills. Dangerous driver off the roadway, confidence and skills built in the future of my organization. The Seiko GMT diver (SPB477) along for the ride. #seiko #sbwc #watchesoflawenforcement #wristcheck #patrol
