Some things just make more sense as a DUO. 👀

📱 iPhone Duo
🎨 Design + 🧠 Strategy

Because... Design without strategy: “Looks nice.”
Strategy without creativity: “Okay, but make it interesting.” 😂

Put them together? Now we’re cooking. 🔥

The best creative work isn’t just beautiful. It knows why it exists, who it’s for and what it’s supposed to make people do.
So yes...We’ll take our DUO too. 😂

Design × Strategy. That’s our kind of relationship.

1,200 likes. 17 comments. 3 DMs. 2 enquiries. 1 client.
Now THAT is a marketing report I’d like to discuss😂

Because likes are lovely, but conversations are where things get interesting.
Someone asking a question. Someone sharing a problem. Someone saying, “This is exactly what we’re dealing with.” That’s not just engagement. That’s market intelligence. Your audience is literally telling you what they need.

Listen - The best marketing doesn’t just create reactions. It creates reasons to talk. And if you’ve been following my content for a while...you already know:Conversation is the new conversion.

Your content is not a dating app. 😂😂Stop chasing likes and start creating reasons for the right people to talk to you.
Because:
❤️ = nice
💬 = interesting
📩 = opportunity
💰 = business

So yes...Go viral if you can. But please don't confuse being seen with being chosen - That's the game.

I’m not anti-viral.
I’m anti-“let’s make something go viral” as the entire strategy.

Because going viral can give you: Attention. Reach. Followers. A dopamine hit every 4 seconds.
What it doesn’t automatically give you: Customers, Trust, Positioning, Retention, Revenue.

Sometimes 5,000 highly relevant people seeing your content is more valuable than 500,000 random people scrolling past it.
Reach is rented attention.
Relevance is what makes people stay.

So yes...Go viral if you can. But please don’t confuse being seen with being chosen - That’s the game.

Think about it.

You can put KSh 10K behind a post.
Get 50K impressions.
Get thousands of views.
Even get people liking the post.

…but if the message is confusing, the offer is weak or nobody actually cares? Congratulations. 😭

You just paid to make bad marketing louder.

Boosting isn’t the villain.
Boosting without a strategy is.

Because reach is not the same as relevance.
& visibility is not the same as conversion.

Want to know when you should boost, when you shouldn’t & what you should actually look at before putting money behind a post?

Drop “BOOST” in the comments and let’s talk about it. 👇

POV: The meeting starts with...

So... what are we posting today? 🥲

Respectfully...
Wrong meeting. 😂

Imagine a chef asking,
"So... what plate should we use?"
...before deciding what to cook.

That's how some #brands approach #marketing.

The real question isn't: What should we post?

It's: What conversation should we own?

Because people don't wake up craving another #carousel
They wake up with questions.
Problems.
Goals.
Opinions.
Memes to send.
Bills to pay. 😭

Your #content should meet them there.

The best #campaigns don't start with colors, fonts or trending audios.

They start with understanding people.

👉🏽 Conversation first.
👉🏽 Content second.

That's the #strategy .

Remember when every business blamed Facebook?
Then Instagram? Then TikTok?
Next year it'll be another app.
Funny thing is...Customers are still buying.
They're just ignoring boring brands.
Your content isn't competing with #algorithms

It's competing with gossip in WhatsApp groups, memes, football banter, relationship drama & someone's auntie's biashara status.

If your post loses... that's not Zuckerberg. That's #marketing

People usually see the final design.
They rarely see the thinking behind it.

Before every campaign, I ask one question:
What conversation do we want people to have after seeing this?

Because great marketing isn’t measured by what you publish...
It’s measured by what people say next.

🚀 That’s where strategy begins.

We posted three times this week and nothing happened.

Maybe the problem isn't the algorithm.
Maybe...
Your audience simply had nothing to say.

The best content doesn't beg for likes.
It starts conversations.
