A lot of people hear “Military & Veteran Boots Ball” and assume this is simply a formal military event.

It is not.

The 2nd Annual Military & Veteran Boots Ball Suicide Prevention Fundraiser was created to support veterans, military families, and the community through connection, awareness, support, and meaningful conversations surrounding suicide prevention.

Last year’s event impacted far more people than we expected. Veterans connected. Community members stepped forward. Founding supporters stood together. People left the room reminded that support does not stop after service ends.

This year, we are building on that impact.

Promotional pricing remains active through Sunday night only.

🎆 Happy New Year 2026, from the Fayette County Military Suicide Prevention Coalition (FCMSPC)! 🎆

As we step into 2026, we want to say thank you to every veteran, service member, military family, partner, sponsor, volunteer, and community supporter who stood with us in 2025. Because of you, we’re building a stronger safety net of connection, hope, and action, right here in Fayette County and beyond.

This year, we’re staying locked in on the mission: Mission Zero: Because one loss is too many.
Let’s keep showing up, checking in, and choosing community over silence.

Wishing you a year filled with strength, healing, purpose, and peace.

Honor. Memory. Mission: Zero.
On December 7, 1941, a quiet Sunday morning turned into a day of unimaginable loss at Pearl Harbor. 🇺🇸
Today, we remember:
• The 2,400+ lives lost
• The Service Members who ran toward danger
• The families whose lives were changed forever

Many who survived Pearl Harbor and World War II came home with wounds that couldn’t be seen, carrying memories, grief, and trauma that followed them long after the war ended.

Pearl Harbor is not just history. It is a powerful reminder that:
•Trauma doesn’t always show on the outside.
•Courage doesn’t always look like a uniform; sometimes it looks like asking for help.
•Our responsibility to one another did not end when the guns went silent.

On this day of remembrance, we recommit to Mission Zero: no Service Member, Veteran, or military family member should feel like they have to fight their battles alone.

If you are struggling with memories, grief, or the weight of it all, your story is not over.
Reaching out is not weakness. It is another act of service, to yourself and the people who love you.

📞 If you or someone you know needs support:
•988, then press 1 – Veterans Crisis Line (call or text)
•Chat: 988lifeline.org
•Reach out to a battle buddy, spouse, family member, chaplain, or provider you trust.

Today we say:
We remember the fallen.
We stand with the living.
We fight for tomorrow.

🕯️ In honor of Pearl Harbor, check on a Veteran or military family today. A simple “How are you really doing?” can be life-saving.
