The day I accidentally ended up in an elevator with a billion-dollar network…and it all started because my friends can't keep quiet. 😂 Let me set the scene. ✨ I got invited to the Squad Up Summit because of my girl @beckysiskowski — founder of Watt Up EV Charging Station, building the infrastructure the EV world is missing, and the woman who trusted me to build her brand. We created the content, the newsletter, the whole vision together. And as a thank you? She brought me along for the ride. Literally. After check-in, we headed to the hotel with the most incredible group of entrepreneurial women. We were hyped, we were talking strategy, we were READY. And then… we pivoted the conversation. To me. And my love life. 🤣 It started innocently enough — "Irina, can I play matchmaker for you at this summit?" Then came the questions. What are you looking for? What are your best qualities? I'm barely getting a word in before the whole group is chiming in, matchmaking committee fully assembled, resumes being drafted on my behalf. And then — GOD BLESS HER — Becky, loud and proud, announces to the entire hallway: "She rocks her sexy body on Instagram after her workouts!" Y'all. THE HALLWAY. Not a whisper. A full declaration. 💀 We're cackling. I'm mortified. It is CHAOTIC. And that's exactly when a group of gentlemen nearby — who had heard EVERY. SINGLE. WORD — leaned in laughing and said: "Please continue, we did hear you!" We are still giggling as we turn the corner toward the elevator. And that's when we realized who was standing right there with us — @vickeller Serial entrepreneur. 14 companies. 9 exits, three of them to Berkshire Hathaway. Over $10 billion in enterprise value created. Keynote speaker of the summit we were about to attend. 🤯 He was warm, down to earth, and kind enough to take a photo with us right there. During the elevator ride, he mentioned he had rewritten 30% of his speech from previous ones. I said: "So this version is 30% unique from what you did before." He smiled. Nodded. ✨ Connection is the strategy. Relationships are the ROI. And your friends will embarrass you in a hallway — and it'll lead to the best story your life.

There is nothing like the energy of a site visit to remind you why you started. We hit the ground at Opalite Drive this week to finalize our plans and soak in the reality that construction officially starts this April! We’re bringing high-speed, Level 3 charging to this corner of Loveland, and seeing it all mapped out on the actual dirt makes every late night and every spreadsheet worth it. April can’t come soon enough! Get ready for a lot more "boots on the ground" content as we build the infrastructure the West actually needs. Drop a ⚡ if you’re ready for faster charging! #WattUp #ConstructionUpdate #EVCharging #Loveland #womenowned

So stoked to be heading to the Squad Up Summit! A massive, heartfelt thank you to Becky for the invite and the plug—you’re a legend for making this happen. It’s such a blast getting to work with the crews at Watt Up EV Charging Station and Gunn Built. Whether we’re powering up the future of EVs or breaking ground on new commercial developments, I’m just grateful to be part of the build. This summit is going to be a wild ride of ideas and energy, and I can’t wait to soak it all in. Follow along to catch the highlights (and probably some behind-the-scenes chaos) as I document the whole journey!

Since I’ve been home I haven’t made the time to write about my trip to Arizona because life gets craaazy! But honestly, the entire week was nothing short of extraordinary. The week started off Sunday hanging out with Pace & talking entrepreneurship, then going into the week alongside @jdamji , @ingryd_hernandez & @caseygregersen was surreal. Watching them in action as they called agents who we set appointments for was next level. The agent I reached out to already had a pending sale, but I decided to call anyway. We were taught that the real value of direct to agent calls is to build rapport & trust so if that agent has any other properties coming up, they know they have a buyer. @pacemorby was my closer & ended up locking in two contracts with that agent for properties in Dallas, neither of which were even on my original list! Moments like that were just the beginning. The connections I made throughout the week were beyond what I could’ve imagined. Listening to @rheacampbell_ord story was powerful & soo relatable! I got to witness powerhouse presentations by @krissy_realestate , @caseygregersen , and @wattupevcharge as they pitched their deals to raise the capital they needed. Watching them in action was nothing short of inspiring. I also had the chance to hear @learnwithrene speak, which was a gift in itself. And meeting @iamcurtisray , the man helping me reach financial freedom faster than I ever expected 💪🏼 This trip may not seem exciting to everyone, but for me, it was life changing. I came home a different person; in the best way. It was the mindset reset I didn’t even realize I needed 🩷 #builtdifferent #grindmode #relentless #sucessmindset #disciplineequalsfreedom
