POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

October is Pregnancy and Infant Loss Awareness Month. Here are some ways to honor it:

3. Support the cause
4. Donate to Hart’s Birthday Book Drive (link in bio)
5. Purchase The Hart Necklace (link in bio)

Acknowledge The Loss

If the loss was yours, acknowledge your baby in any way that feels meaningful to you. Share their story, a photo, or their name. Do something that reminds you of them. Have a cry. Whatever you feel is okay.

If someone you know lost a baby, reach out. Say their baby’s name. Do something in their honor. Offer support in any way you can. Loss families live this every day. This month is an opportunity for you to remember and support.

Participate in the Wave of Light

October 15th is the International Wave of Light. Light a candle in honor of babies gone too soon at 7pm local time.

You can find local events to connect with other families, or you can do this from the comfort of your own home. This event is for everyone, so you are encouraged to light a candle even if you haven’t personally experienced a loss like this.

Support the Cause

Donate to a charity. Purchase a memorial item. Attend an event. Share a post. Share your story. Spread the word.

Shed light on a topic that so many don’t like to talk about. We all know someone affected by pregnancy and infant loss.

Donate to Hart’s Birthday Book Drive

All donations will go toward purchasing requested books for families in the NICU at Northwestern Prentice Women’s Hospital in Chicago.

Link in bio to donate.

Purchase The Hart Necklace

Proceeds go to the Hart Bryant Foundation, supporting families through pregnancy and infant loss.

Link in bio to purchase.

Saturday well spent ✨
Started the morning with a quick stop at the Woodstock Farmers Market before heading to the Spring Urban Farmgirl Main Street Market with Heidi and Olivia— and it turned into the perfect spring day. 🌿

Fresh bread, scones, local cheeses, cozy home finds, mystery bags, a view top and candles.

There’s just something about wandering markets, discovering little treasures, and spending time with family that fills my cup. Already looking forward to the next one.
