Weekly round up 79km this week. 🏃‍♂️🔥

My biggest week of training ever surpassing my previous best of 66km during the build-up to London, where I ran my 3:20 PB.

Also my furthest long run of this block so far 30km.

More mileage. Longer long runs. More confidence.

5 weeks until race day 📅🏁

2021 Jan Challenge Results.

The 1st year of The Jan Challenge had plenty going for it, but who knew the level of competition it would inspire. There were many honourable competitors but here were the top 5 for the year.

The event came down to the final day where H. Edmonds pipped Cassaniti at the post, this result is still being debated to this day.

The 1st year was successful inspiring many experienced and non runners to push themselves and run off the beers over the summer.

Stay tuned for more results. #thejanchallenge #ripin #fireup

WHAT AN actual day can look like! Haven’t properly showcased what a day of putting batts in looks like, so here’s a quick recap!
Work first, followed with 4x kilo interval sesh. With the two combined my steps is 24,000+ and the total calories is 4000+ I honestly love it. Keeps me sane, keeps me motivated!
