Kicking off Negroni season at @equal___parts .

The Hackney bar teamed up with Berlin's @waxonberlin for The Negroni Sessions by @fordsgin, a series that started life as a nine-track vinyl LP with Jazz Dispensary and has since grown into a run of bar collaborations pairing Negroni serves with a curated soundtrack.

Fords is a London Dry distilled at Thames Distillers, nine botanicals, steeped 15 hours. The finished product was never just the spirit in the bottle. It was always about what you do with it. And the night was all about the negroni.

Two standouts: Equal Parts' pike pine and Wax On's olive and shiso. Both doing something different with the template and both landing.
