To all the powerful women and men that supports them ❤️‍🔥 Only good vibes bike ride organised for International Women’s Day with @tpbennettllp and friends 😊

We cycled from London Bridge to Richmond Park - challenged a hill there to deserve a nice cup of coffee and cycled back - all in beautiful weather ☀️🙏

Footage by @frankrochatattoo 😉

Local Ride 🚴🏽‍♂️💨

Cycling is something I has always been very passionate about, but in recents years I haven’t been able to do..But in my new area, I’ll deffo get back into it properly..

So, before coming to Portugal I took my 8 years old bike down to @waycycles for a little upgrade.. and the boys deffo did some magic 🤩 new group set and wheels changed it completely! 😍🚴🏽‍♂️💨

Anyone who knows some cool routes around here, please hit me up! 😜 #MonstaOnTheMove #MonstaLab #Bike
