Throwing it back to 2019… ✨

We’re absolutely loving revisiting some of the incredible photoshoots we’ve been part of over the years — and this one takes us to “Wild Heart Tamed Me.”

Organised by the wonderfully talented Sally from @lunaandthelane this shoot came about after she discovered us on Instagram… thanks to a gold bow tie.

And as they say — the rest is history.

Not only did this lead to this incredible collaboration, but we also went on to work with Sally on more beautifully curated shoots.

Always impeccably organised.
Always creative.
Always a joy to be part of.
& through her, we’ve met some truly brilliant people in the industry.

Set in Brighton at the iconic Bettie Boudoir room @pelirocco and around the town itself, this shoot was bold, edgy and full of personality — everything we love.

Looking back at 2019, it’s amazing to see how fearless and expressive this shoot was — bold textures, strong styling, confident menswear, and a celebration of individuality.

And it all started with one gold bow tie.

More throwbacks to come as we build towards our next creative chapter…

✨ Move to Your Own Rhythm ✨

After class this week, a student told me she enjoyed it because it felt different.
I asked, “Good different or bad different?”
She said, “Good — I could actually keep up and create each asana.”

It made me think… why are we rushing through yoga?
It’s not meant to be a race — it’s a space to listen, to feel, to move to your own rhythm.

That’s why I keep my classes steady and mindful — so everyone can feel involved.
And if your body wants to move faster, honour that too.
I’m just here to guide you, to help you tune in a little deeper and move in a way that feels right for you.

Loving this song — takes me right back to my old indie days… vintage dresses, stiletto heels, and dancing nights out. Ladies, if you were a 2000s girl, you’ll remember those days fondly 💃🪩✨

Come back to you.
In a world that moves fast, we invite you to pause.
To listen.
To soften.
To land.

If you’ve been feeling the pull to rest, to reconnect, to tune in—this space is for you.

We created this offering because we needed it too. We've done the work, and now we hold the space for you to do yours—gently, slowly, with care.

✨ Every Thursday evening, join Florence and me for:
– Restorative somatic yoga
– A soothing sound bath
– Aromatherapy to ground the senses
– Tea + heartfelt connection

Let this be the evening you return to yourself.

Maybe even meet a new version of you.

We’re here for you.

BRIDAL NAILS 👰 also I dug out some ancient images we had (story for another day!)

I see a lot of bride-to-bes and bridesmaids book for hair and makeup well in advance. I might be biased but please don't forget your nails 😏 your hands will be appearing in shots where
👰 Your rings are exchanged
👰 Wearing rings
👰 Holding bouquet
👰 Holding champagne
👰 Portrait/beauty/closeup of your face where you may touch your face

...and the rest. Trust me when I tell you your nails are gonna be in the shot and you will want your nails to match with everything else.

Back when I got married I didn't have the knowledge or the luxury so I just had nude polish on, even for the stylised shoot. Does it go? Sure, but looking back with the knowledge that I have now I definitely would have wanted something different to go with the dress and also my Chinese wedding dress.

So if you want something bespoke or want to get suggestions or know what to have for your nails, get sliding in my DMs and let's have a chat!
