SA CHAMPS 🇿🇦🏆 | SEASON COMPLETE. Grateful. Always. 🙏🏾 First and foremost, thank You God for the opportunity, the strength, and the Grace.😮‍💨 All glory to Jesus Christ for this journey. 4th in the country 🇿🇦in both Men’s Physique & Men’s Fit Model. Not the result we came for, but a step forward from last season—and one I’m genuinely proud of. A massive thank you to my coach @waynerust & @bodyphysique1 for the knowledge, guidance and belief throughout this prep. To @flashfitness , @fitfoodzsa , our amazing photographer, @benmyburgh my team, my friends, family and everyone who supported me behind the scenes—thank you. ❤️ And to @ifbb_south_africa_official , thank you for giving athletes a platform to test themselves, grow and showcase the work. This sport has taught me that there’s something special about stepping on stage alongside people who understand exactly what it took to get there. No animosity. Just respect. Everyone is a champion in their own right. Grateful for all the amazing people I’ve met along the way! This is only my second season, so I’m only getting started🙂‍↕️ For now we go back to the drawing board. Hyperbolic time chamber style. Refine. Rebuild. Improve. South African Championships… U20 BB - 1st place Classic BB - 3rd place That’s right baby. I promised refinement, I promised more detail, I promised a balance, I promised a golden standard. Visiting Cape Town for the first time was absolutely wicked, what a wonderful place. What was even better was being able to enjoy it with some dear friends, and eventually return home to KZN with first place. I am UNFATHOMABLY grateful for all of the kind words and all of the support I have received. This entire prep I have received absolutely nothing but support and encouragement from all of you wonderful and amazing people. Especially my beautiful, fantastic and phenomenal girlfriend @trin9954 who showed the utmost understanding and compassion when I was tired, famished and drained. The ultimate reward was being able to return to my lovely woman. And I would have not been able to present a more refined appearance if it weren’t for the expertise and critique of @waynerust who managed to point out my weaknesses and ultimately transformed my entire physique just in time for nationals. I absolutely love this sport with all my heart. Although I did look forward to being able to eat well again, there was nothing I looked more forward to than simply being on stage and being able to present what I have been working on. The dieting, the training, the anticipation and actually finally competing were all enormous loads of fun. I cannot wait to do it all again! Hail Victory.

Hail Victory KZNs… IFBB U23 U75kg - 1st place IFBB Classic BB - 4th place No words can describe the love I have for this sport. The training, the dieting, the anticipation, being on stage, it’s all an enormous privilege. A blessing. In addition to that, I have received absolutely nothing but endless support from my dearest friends and family. No words can describe how grateful I am for my phenomenal, beautiful and selfless girlfriend. Bodybuilding can be a selfish pursuit, so a partner who sticks through all of it with you is truly pure gold. She is my place of comfort and motivation. With that being said, I am not yet finished. Nationals is only a few weeks away. Cape Town awaits. Sieg Heil.
