It was 2024 when I reach out to be on the show after being a BIG FAN for years I finally was ready! I messaged their IG page, but never got a reply😴

My brother @ralphthebaker101 said I had to meet someone who would love to have me on their show. Thank you brother.
After months of interviews, physiological checks, countless background check I got the final call driving to my restaurant @gordo_ninos_nasa.

I held in the excitement for months not telling loved ones, friends, my staff about what was about to go down. You know how hard that is especially with my f*cking personality 😂🤦‍♂️

I was nervous, I didn’t know what to expect to come of all of this. Prior I was in a dark place in my life. Stressed, loss of passion, unmotivated in work and home. Felt purposeless and stagnant. 😒

But GOD got me and I was able to show the WORLD my true self! 15 years of training, the tears, the blood, the loss I endured I F*CKING MADE IT!

I made life long friendships , Love, purpose, and MYSELF AGAIN! 💜

Again I want to thank the welfare team, casting, @studioramsayglobal , @gordongram , @richardblais , @nyeshajoyce , my staff, my mom and dad, my son, and the entire production staff for this monumental moment in my life. ❤️

I’m excited to see what is next on the this journey.
Thank you for all who watched, supported, and believed in me even when I didn’t. You all rock 🤘🏽

You all see the highlights on this season of @nextlevelcheffox but this is the reality of filming and competing during your first trimester. I cried a lot, spent a ton of time on the floor alone, and closed my eyes every chance I got.
I found out I was pregnant just days before hopping on the plane to Ireland. Surprisingly I got on that flight, busted my ass (literally and figuratively), and survived off room service and baths. I made peanut butter and jelly sandwiches in my room every morning and brought a snack pack survival kit to set each day — the welfare team were my hero’s. They made sure I got my snacks the moment I stepped off set and always took me outside for fresh air to curb the nausea. Regulating my nervous system for this baby in the midst of absolute and utter high intensity chaos was the hardest part. Cooking, tasting, and smelling food was brutal but competing at this level and doing it with a little bestie on the inside is an accomplishment that I will cherish for a lifetime. These photos, all taken by the welfare team, crack me up and remind me of the umph it took everyday to just get up and do the damn thing! Full survival mode at all times. So many women can relate to this and we all know it’s far from easy - if this hits home for you, just know I see you and value you and am so dang proud of you. We are fkn warriors!!!! @foodclubfox @wayoworld - I love you so much thank you for keeping us alive 🥹 & @patrick.kellegher thank you for (literally everything) & getting a sausage and pepper hoagie with me at the end of season because it obviously cured everything in that moment, ily

I’m proud to share that I’ve officially graduated from Skillpoint Alliance.

This journey wasn’t easy, but it was worth every early morning and long day. I want to thank Skillpoint for giving me the opportunity, the knowledge, and the foundation to start a real career in the electrical trade. The instructors and staff truly care, and that made all the difference.

I’m excited to now be starting this next chapter with JMEG. I’m grateful for the opportunity and ready to keep learning, growing, and putting in the work every day.

To my family—thank you for your constant support and believing in me through it all. I wouldn’t be here without you.

And to everyone I graduated with, I wish you all success in your careers. We all came in with a goal, and now we’re out here making it happen.

This is just the beginning.
