Yes, it’s a skill issue 💀

I actually put off posting this because every time I watched the clips I was like… wow, I’m so bad at this sport but I think sometimes you have to show the failures too, because hopefully one day I’ll look back and see how much better I got.

So here are 3 mistakes I keep catching myself making every time I play… which admittedly is not very often :<

And yes, we do have pickleball in Indonesia!! Padel might be having its moment, but if you’re in Surabaya and wanna try pickleball, check out @unopickle.sub

Prelude to my interview session with CCTV that discusses what has governed me moving forward all the time and why giving and generosity is so important regardless the outcome. Will be posting the actual interview and videos here once they are released! This is a snippet from a much longer interview in English conducted by a separate editorial.

Thanks to everyone for the kind words and support!

Pickleball has given me so many opportunities to interact with the so many communities and to bring the sport to so many countries.

Downtime = time to give back to community again.

Big decisions to be made after this.

One of the most beautiful places I’ve played pickleball at. Ordos city, Inner Mongolia. Coaching kids and showing them new possible pathways has always been a lifelong mission of mine and pickleball presents itself as a perfect way to do just that

Looking forward to the next generation of winners in life that they will produce

One of the best things about doing what we love is that it never feels like work. For the past two years (and more), finding my feet and place in sport and especially through pickleball has been truly memorable.

Many times people have quizzed me about partners, choices I’ve made and why I made certain seemingly difficult decisions - the answer has always been the same, someone needs to choose and we truly never know what the future has in store for us

For all the friends, family and partners who have supported me throughout this journey, thank you.

We are now embarking on the next phase of our journey and in the coming weeks I will be revealing more.

Onward.
