You know these last 13 months have been a wild ride! Packing up and moving to Nashville to chase a dream. Little did I know what that dream would cost me but also what it would give me.

Here at #waychurchnashville around this time of the year we do what we call the #onlygod26 series. A time where we surrender fully to the lord. Ask him to take our biggest burden, our biggest request, our most impossible thing, something seems like it would take a miracle or only God to intervene to happen and we pray about it. We focus on something we have no control over that Only God can get the credit for.

And I firmly believe my life is an Only God life right now. As many know I walked away from the church for a long time. I was a self proclaimed agnostic borderline atheist. I have been through so much in life that I believed that if there was a God he wouldn’t have let all of this happen to me. I HATED Christians and the Church and God. But he didn’t hate me, he never gave up on me.

God knew how much I loved to dance. How much it filled my cup and he used it in the most impactful way he could. He used dancing to get me back to his bride, the Church.

God put me in front of some of the most amazing people who led me to Nashville who eventually led me to moving here who eventually led me to asking to go to church with them to ultimately finding Way. I’ve never felt more whole in my life than I do when I’m around my church family at Way. I’ve never felt this centered, grounded, or at peace than I do when I’m around fellow believers.

I thank God for the journey, I thank him for all the hardships, roadblocks, deep dark valleys and high mountain tops. But most importantly I Thank God for never giving up on someone who had given up on him.

So I just ask you this, if you are still reading this and you don’t have a relationship with Christ, can we talk? I want to share his amazing message with you! Are you longing for something to fill your cup? Let his word be that! If you are struggling getting connected somewhere or not found your church home yet! Let’s talk, I would LOVE to help you get connected somewhere in a city nearest you!

Jesus loves you today and forever! ❤️

Don’t get casual about your holiness 🤟

But now you must be holy in everything you do, just as God who chose you is holy. For the Scriptures say You must be holy because I am.
