Happy Wednesday!!

📸💋 A little lip look, a little Depeche Mode, and a whole lot of personality!

For this week’s #WowLipsWednesday with Amanda @thenicethingsfairy , I’m wearing:
🤎 Toffee Satin Pencil
🍊 Tropicana Lip + Cheek
✨ Desert Sunset Lip Oil

All by Seint @seintofficial and all coming along for the ride with today’s #rubyredmusikmix pick: Photographic by Depeche Mode! 🎶. This catchy tune is “new to me” Angie @rubyredvintageuk

🎵 Fun fact: Photographic first appeared on the 1981 Some Bizzare Album compilation before making its way onto Depeche Mode’s debut album, Speak & Spell. A little piece of early electronic music history!

Who knew a lip look could deserve its own photo shoot? 😂💋. Let’s add a smile with Wendy @wc2wh for #wenzdaysmiles

Tell me: are you a lipstick and go kind of girl, or do you love experimenting with lip liners, colour and gloss?

Happy Wednesday!! If you’ve been here long enough…you know that Wednesday’s are a whole lotta fun!! 🤩

📻🎸 TURN UP THE RADIO! 🎸📻

Muscle shirt? ✔️
Denim vest? ✔️
Red kerchief? ✔️
Ultraviolet lip and cheek⁉️ @seintofficial ABSOLUTELY. 💜

Do the red and purple clash? Maybe. Did I choose the lip colour first? You betcha! 😂Amanda @thenicethingsfairy. Happy #wowlipswednesday 💜❤️

The ‘80s didn’t ask permission to make a statement, and neither am I. 🤘

Today’s pick for #rubyredmusikmix Radio/DJ Week is Turn Up the Radio by Autograph, released in 1984. If this one doesn’t make you want to crank up the volume, check your speakers! 😉 Angie @rubyredvintageuk

Make way for a smile with Wendy @wc2wh !! 🥰

🎸 Ramble on, indeed.

Today Angie’s @rubyredvintageuk Autumn theme #rubyredmusikmix is taking me outside in my poncho, ripped jeans and boots for a little Led Zeppelin lip-syncing.

And because it’s Wow Lips Wednesday with Amanda @thenicethingsfairy , the lips are nude, the cheeks are nude-ish, and the attitude is… decidedly NOT. 😂

I love how a song can make you feel like you’re headed somewhere, even when you’re just standing outside your house making a Reel.

FUN FACT:
Robert Plant was a Tolkien fan, and “Ramble On” includes references to The Lord of the Rings. 🧙‍♂️🎸

At 59, I’m not interested in sitting still just because someone thinks I should.

I love my #wenzdaysmiles with Wendy @wc2wh too!!

I’ll keep wandering.
Keep dancing.
Keep trying new things.
Keep rambling on. 🎸

Happy Wednesday!!

Joining all my friends @rubyredvintageuk, @thenicethingsfairy and @wc2wh . Fall tunes, smiles and lippies!!

🍂 Fall is officially on my lips… literally. 💄😉…Caramel Silk Pencil and Naomi Lip & Cheek!! Both from @seintofficial. Comment “fall” for my link.

A little Autumn Leaves by Andy Williams, a little fall-inspired lip, and suddenly I’m ready for sweater weather, changing leaves and all the cozy vibes. 🍁

Fun fact: Autumn Leaves began as the French song Les Feuilles Mortes before becoming the timeless standard we know today.

Apparently, I’m not just falling for autumn… I’m putting it on my lips. 😂💋

Apparently, I’m stuck in the middle… and honestly, I’m having a pretty good time here. 😂🎶

I’m rounding out the week by adding my clown 🤡 and joker 🃏 pictures because when they’re mentioned in the song, how could I NOT?! 😂. Thanks for a fantastic week Angie @rubyredvintageuk and Mel @worntosecrecy. You’ve both been amazing ringmasters.

Of course I had to get my lip sync groove on!! I chose “Stuck In The Middle With You” by Stealers Wheel.

✨ Fun fact: “Stuck In The Middle With You” was released by Stealers Wheel in 1973 and was written by Gerry Rafferty and Joe Egan. The song was inspired by the awkward feeling of being surrounded by music-industry bigwigs at a record-company party.

And then came that unforgettable scene in Reservoir Dogs… 🔪🕺

So tell me… are you singing along and are you stuck in the middle with me? 😉

Smiling for #wenzdaysmiles with my friend Wendy @wc2wh

Wearing Sandstone lip and cheek and Desert Sunset lip oil from @seintofficial for #wowlipswednesday with Amanda @thenicethingsfairy. I hope your recovery is going well my friend!! 🫶🏻

🧙‍♀️💚 Witchy woman energy: activated.

Because sometimes a girl just needs a little green eyeshadow, a touch of mystery, and absolutely zero apologies for the magic she brings. ✨🔮

No broomstick required.
No cauldron necessary.
Just a good makeup look and a little attitude. 😉

And for the grand finale of Mythical Magic Week… it had to be “Witchy Woman.” 🎶. Thanks for another great theme Angie @rubyredvintageuk

Fun fact: The Eagles released “Witchy Woman” as their second single in 1972, and it became their first Top 10 hit in the U.S.

I’m helping to keep the Wednesday lipstick party going while Amanda @thenicethingsfairy takes a break! Wearing Sandstone lip and cheek for #wowlipswednesday topped with Glass Slipper eyeshadow!! All makeup @seintofficial. Comment “witch” for a link.

Smile big for #wenzdaysmiles with Wendy @wc2wh too!! 😍

So… who’s ready to unleash her inner witchy woman? 💚🧙‍♀️

Happy Wednesday!!

I’m late today!! We had our grand daughter over and had a fun filled day!! 💕

Today for moon and stars week #rubyredmusikmix I chose “Moon River” by Audrey Hepburn. Such an angelic voice from an absolute angel!! 😇! Another fun theme brought to you by Angie @rubyredvintageuk

I chose Seint’s most intergalactic eyeshadows and lippie…not knowing what the final product would look like!! I must say @seintofficial didn’t disappoint!!
Products used
Arabian Nights - cream eyeshadow
Stardust - Shimmer eyeshadow
Angels Landing - Shimmer eyeshadow
Aries - shimmer eyeshadow

For a link to these shades comment “galaxy”

Keeping up with #wowlipswednesday as my friend Amanda @thenicethingsfairy continues on her road to recovery! I’m wearing Arabian Nights (cream eyeshadow) and Ultraviolet (lip & cheek) on my lips. Yes an eyeshadow on my lips…you read that right!! 💋

Share your smile #wenzdaysmiles. My friend Wendy @wc2wh would really appreciate it!! So would I… 😍

Today for The Stranglers and The Script week with Angie @rubyredvintageuk I chose “For the First Time” by The Script.

It’s essentially a reminder that sometimes you don’t appreciate what you have until you step outside your own world and see life differently. Yet another amazing theme this week for #rubyredmusikmix

I’m wearing Raspberry Lip Gelato and Cinnamon Silk Pencil from @seintofficial for #wowlipswednesday even though Amanda @thenicethingsfairy is taking some well deserved time off!!

Smile it’s contagious…Wendy @wc2wh is happy to share #wendzdaysmiles

Remember to count your blessings and live life with perspective and gratitude…life is happening RIGHT NOW!!

Happy Wednesday!!

I’m feeling much better today after my little procedure yesterday!!

Today for #rubyredmusikmix I chose “Message in a Bottle” for Sting and Sam Fender week! Love joining my friend Angie @rubyredvintageuk

🍾Fun fact: “Message in a Bottle” was The Police’s first UK No. 1 hit, and Sting wrote it as a song about loneliness, connection, and discovering we’re never as alone as we think.

Smiling with Wendy @wc2wh for #wenzdaysmiles too!!

Featuring Seint for #wowlipswednesday with Amanda @thenicethingsfairy. Today is the last day for their Poolside promo. Renaissance is the shade I’m wearing on my lips…today only choose Renaissance as a gift with qualitying purchase or Boardwalk (my cheek colour).

Comment “poolside” for a link to my Seint website

Happy Wednesday!!

It’s time to smile right along with Wendy @wc2wh and #wenzdaysmiles 😍. Smile it’s contagious!!

I’ve had some requests for a lip tutorial so I figured #wowlipswednesday is the perfect opportunity!! Thanks Amanda @thenicethingsfairy for keeping the lipstick party going!! Thank you @seintofficial for all the amazing products!! 💄💋

Emotions week wouldn’t be complete without a little Patsy Cline!! Cuz who doesn’t like to go a little crazy now and again? Angie @rubyredvintageuk #rubyredmusikmix let’s keep the music party going!!

🎶 Fun fact about “Crazy” by Patsy Cline: Willie Nelson actually wrote the song in 1058, before he became the legendary country star we know today. Patsy Cline recorded it in 1961, and her version became one of her signature songs.

I love these fun facts…hbu?!

Happy Wednesday!!

Time to pop on a lipstick and tag my lipstick bestie, Amanda @thenicethingsfairy for #wowlipswednesday!! Amanda tells me it’s #internationallipstickday too!! How perfect is that? Wearing Madrid on both my lips and cheeks!! @seintofficial of course! Seems to be a shade I’ve been reaching for a lot lately! Such a beautiful coral!!

It’s another day of Bonnie Tyler too with my music loving bestie, Angie @rubyredvintageuk #rubyredmusikmix

When Bonnie Tyler comes up on the playlist, there’s really only one choice… 🌒❤️

🎶 Total Eclipse of the Heart 🎶

One of the biggest power ballads of the ‘80s, this song has stood the test of time. Whether you’re belting it out in the car or singing into a hairbrush at home (no judgment 😄), it’s impossible not to get swept up in the emotion.

Fun fact: The song was written by legendary songwriter Jim Steinman, who originally envisioned it as part of a vampire inspired musical before Bonnie Tyler turned it into a worldwide smash hit.

What’s your favourite Bonnie Tyler song?

Hoping this brings a smile to your face!! After all it’s #wenzdaysmiles with my smiling bestie, Wendy @wc2wh. Ready for next week my birthday twin?! ❤️
