First week of 40 never looked better. Packed up some of my buddies, took over our friends’ beautiful home and spent long days on the beach, making many new friends, cooking dinners together and nights out dancing 🕺🏻💃🏻

There truly is no place like it. I look forward to it every year. Thank you to @matt_f_n & @nicklovesvegeta for the beautiful digs and to some of my besties for making it the best kick off to this new decade. 🙏🏻❤️🪩

Well… we’ve made it. 40 🥳

Feels like a gift to be here and to have had the life experiences that I’ve been blessed enough to have.

30’s brought a lot of fun, a lot of pain and a lot of growth. Truly, I have never felt more myself than in this moment.

I am lucky to have such a fantastic gang of characters who lift me up, make me laugh and celebrate life with me. 20 slides doesn’t allow enough room to capture them all.

Thankful to all of my people, old and new, who keep life exciting and full of surprises. Let’s find you new homes, new communities and new journeys to explore.

The past few years have been full of travel and learning. To many more years of it 🙏🏻

Love. Love. Love you all. ❤️ Thanks for letting me be a part of yours.

I once joked I’d be a food stylist in my next life. Turns out, it didn’t take that long.

Shroomy pumpkins! This was such a delight to craft for @goodhousekeeping because mushrooms will always be trending for me. I got to source so many quirky little gourds to make caps and stems - a dream come true. I may even be hoarding some since last year 😬 that are dry now and I’m contemplating leafing them. Full instructions are in the September/October issue. Swipe to see more and, as I will forever remember reading in @braiding_sweetgrass, their inherent similarity to something else that grows in the night.

Very excited to share some gourds I did for the @goodhousekeeping September/October issue. These dried and fresh gourds were painted with Montana liquid copper leaf. The dried gourds are from Etsy and fresh are from @westchestergreenhousesandfarm (hot tip from @lovejennacalligraphy). I’ll share more details in stories. Many thanks to the best team @lisengelhart @mikegarten @eddieboomboom_ @alexandreamata_ @melissageurts @roniharlem @wcovintree
