Magnums Peppy, owned by Melissa Brown, showed up as usual during Sun Circuit.

Stryder topped the Senior Ranch Riding with an overall 1st and added plenty of Top 5 and Top 10 finishes in the Senior Ranch Trail all week long. This guy is qualified in all 3 events.

Good boy, Stryder.

What a great weekend celebrating last year’s accomplishments in the show pen at the AzQHA 2025 Awards Banquet. It’s always special to take a moment to recognize the hard work, long days, and great runs that brought everyone there.

A big thank you to everyone who helped put the event together and to Dana Avila for graciously hosting us at her ranch and giving us such a beautiful place to gather.
We’re proud of this team and all that’s been achieved. We can’t wait to see what this year has in store for the K Bar W crew! Congratulations to everyone.

Last but not least! What a way to wrap up our open horses at the 2025 AQHA World Show.

A big congrats to Kendall and Magnums Peppy owned by Melissa Brown for snagging 8th in the Level 3 Senior Reining Finals at the World Show! After shining in the Amateur Ranch Riding with Melissa and taking home the Bronze globe in the Senior Ranch Riding, Stryder left nothing on the table during his three weeks in OKC. What an incredible run and an incredible show!

Thank you to all of our incredible owners for the opportunity to show such talented horses at one of the most prestigious events of the year. Your trust and support mean everything. And a huge thank you to our sponsors for keeping us—and our horses—looking and feeling our absolute best all season long. We couldn’t do what we do without this amazing team behind us.

A Record Breaking Night in the L3 Senior Ranch Riding Finals!

What an unforgettable evening at the AQHA World Championship Show. The L3 Senior Ranch Riding Finals brought the talent! Kendall and Magnums Peppy “Stryder” hit the dirt in the OG&E Coliseum, breaking the arena record of 252.5 with an incredible 253.

In true World Show fashion, the standard was pushed even further when Bud Lyon stepped in and broke the record again. A huge congratulations to Bud on an exceptional performance and a well-deserved win!

We also want to give a big thank you and congratulations to Stryder’s owner, Melissa Brown, for believing in this horse and supporting the journey every step of the way. Moments like these are only possible with great partners behind great horses.

Tomorrow, we’re right back at it — and we couldn’t be more excited for the L3 Junior Ranch Riding Finals! Catch Kendall aboard Ciphered Code at Draw #13 in the OG&E Coliseum. This team is ready to go lay one down! Tune into AQHA’s livestream and cheer them on.
