I know you have a dream and I also know that you have no idea what you are capable of. In fact most of us are operating at a fraction of our potential. Let’s change that. @we.are.ipa @iamsarahgregg @justjillofficial

Remember the intention / sentence that I set 3 years ago, about how I want to live this chapter of my life? "I want to build a life where I see family and friends more freely, using all of my skills, in a schedule that I have control over": Weds-Sun this week: Edinburgh - Glasgow - Huddersfield - Leek. Some "work", some play, all love 🙏🏽🧡

The response received after just one intuitive psychology coaching session just clarifies to me that @we.are.ipa are revolutionary in the industry. As a master intuitive psychology coach the way I work with clients will always be client focused because no two people are the same, so why should the way we work through things be? I’m not here to force someone into a process that doesn’t feel right for them, or to tell them what they need to do to get where they want to be. I’m here to meet them where they are, work with them as an individual, and find a way forward that works for them. This is why I do what I do. Watching someone begin to feel lighter after just one session reminds me exactly why this work matters. And we’re only just getting started. 💥💜 #IntuitivePsychology #TraumaInformedCoaching #SelfAwareness #PersonalGrowth #EmotionalWellbeing

I say this with love, but pleeeeease STOP adding more to an already busy mind. At Expanded, I asked 120 people, “Who else has a busy mind?” Every hand went up. When your conscious mind (only 5%) is busy, your ideas can feel blurred, messy and uncertain. You keep piling more on top of old patterns/identities that you’ve outgrown & the clarity you’re searching for doesn’t come. The shift and clarity come when you go underneath the busy mind and work with intuition & the unconscious (which is 95% of what’s running your life) As your old identities, patterns and beliefs start to move, space then opens for more alignment, more clarity and decisions that can & will change the trajectory of your life. And it happens FAST! The next time your mind feels busy, close your eyes. Take a few deep breaths, drop out of the mind & start working with intuition. Every week, people tell me about the impact one hour of this work has had on them. That’s why I love creating these rooms, the reach & impact is huge. 2027 is going to be filled with more in person impact & community than ever before 🔥 #expanded #impact #intuitivepsychology #intuition #innerjourney

The post-full moon energy from last Saturday is still hitting us as the week opens, and then Mercury in Scorpio squaring Pluto hits at the end of the week, bringing intense conversations. Saturday, Venus stations retrograde in Scorpio, and energy around love, desire, and money turns inward for reevaluation over the next six weeks. Venus retrograde is rare enough that when it happens in Scorpio, it tends to feel like the universe pulling back a curtain to deeper layers of healing. We also chat with Sarah Gregg and Jill Ritchie who founded The Intuitive Psychology Association @we.are.ipa where they’re challenging the idea that psychology and intuition belong on opposite sides of personal transformation. Instead, they believe lasting change happens when the two work together. 🔗Link to episode in bio and in stories

EVERY hand went up, and it’s no surprise why. At Expanded, I asked the room to raise their hand if they had a busy mind. There’s no shortage of things to do, alongside the expectations and comparisons we’re surrounded by across society and social media. We can access information within seconds - from Google, AI, podcasts and YouTube. But more information doesn’t quieten a busy mind. Stillness does. Stillness is something you choose. Something you create. Something you practise. You breathe every second of every day, but how much intention and presence do you bring to your breath? I believe the answer isn’t searching for more answers. It’s getting still enough to create space. To hear your own answers. To connect with your own intuition. That’s the answer. More space = More presence = More safety = More expansion. #justjill #weareipa #intuitivepsychology #intuition #expansion

On Sunday I spoke on stage about releasing control and trusting the process. Little did I know that 48hrs the universe would send me an initiation to practice what I preach.

Distract yourself. Keep busy. Go to the gym. Have a drink. Analyse it. Choose a more positive thought - (this one 🙄) Anything other than actually feeling it. But sometimes the emotion you’re feeling didn’t begin today. It may be an emotion from 10, 20 or 30 years ago that you never got to fully express or complete. Maybe it wasn’t safe to cry. Maybe you couldn’t shout, move, say ‘no’ or show your anger. So the emotional process remained unfinished. People don’t want to look at the past, but the past is always present. It’s here in your relationships. Your friendships. Your thoughts. Your patterns. Your reactions. Your body. You don’t always need to understand why the emotion is there, label it or revisit every detail, it’s not about re traumatisation, but what is needed is enough safety in your body to trust what is present, be with it and allow the process to finish & move through you., On Tuesday morning, I sat for 10 minutes and allowed my body to show me what was there. I didn’t direct it or decide what I should feel. Fear came. Then sadness. Then anger. Then joy. There was no story, no analysing, no re traumatisation , but there was sound. There was movement. And then there was a shift. I allowed my body to complete what it was ready to complete, and the emotional charge moved. That doesn’t mean I’ll never feel those emotions again. It means they no longer have to carry the same charge or control me in the same way. This IS the work I’ve experienced personally and facilitated with clients and coaches. It is deeply powerful, but it should never be forced. Safety comes first. Avoiding an emotion might feel easier in the moment, but avoidance doesn’t make it disappear. Weeks, months or years later, it comes back for processing. And yes, I believe continually suppressing what the body is trying to express can make us sick. Your body isn’t asking you to relive the past, it’s asking you to create enough safety to feel what couldn’t be felt then. To let the body finish, because what you refuse to feel doesn’t disappear. It finds another way to be felt #intuition #intuitivepsychology

Most of the women I work with aren’t stuck because they lack a plan. They’re stuck because they’ve spent years overruling what they already know. Thinking their way through. Pushing feelings aside. Carrying on. Intuitive psychology coaching works with what sits underneath: the beliefs you picked up long ago, the feelings you’ve learned to ignore, and how your nervous system responds and might be keeping you stuck. The unconscious that is running the show. We start with awareness. Then the next step comes from you, not from anyone else’s expectations. You already know something needs to change. You just haven’t let yourself say it yet. ✨ I’m so excited to be bringing this approach to my coaching practice and from October, I have a few coaching spaces available. Message me if you want to find out more.

I flew to Scotland to meet strangers I already knew so much about. Six months of pouring the messiest, most intimate bits of myself out over a laptop screen to these women, and then suddenly there we were, hugging and connecting in person. It was honestly an incredible experience to share a room with what @justjillofficial and @iamsarahgregg have built. Not gonna lie, I had tears streaming down my face at one point, and I felt so safe surrounded by mostly strangers. The image and message that came through during it has been a real enlightenment, and I’m buzzing to explore that expansion further. Biggest takeaway: let go of the grasp of control and just enjoy the journey. Grateful doesn’t quite cover it 💚
