Do you want more content like this? Surrey has some of the highest incomes in the UK, yet women are still less likely to invest. Earning well doesn’t automatically make us wealth intelligent. Most of us were never taught how to invest, understand our pensions, manage our money or make our money work harder. Being wealth intelligent is a skill. And just like learning to drive or learning a language, it too can be learned. You don’t need a finance degree or years of investment experience. You just need to know where to start. That’s why I’m passionate about helping women understand their money, learn about investing, pensions and wealth building, invest with confidence and build long-term wealth. If you’re ready to become more confident with your money and take control of your financial future, hit the follow button and we will bring you more wealth videos like this. #explore #wealthIntelligent #womenandwealth #surrey #financialeducation

✨ DAY 2 at the Health Optimisation Summit… WOW! ✨ Waking up this morning still processing everything from yesterday! 🤯 So much inspiration, learning and plenty of “I need to look into that!” moments! 🎤 I started the day volunteering and listening to @beargrylls talk about what breaks us, how we come back stronger — and the importance of connecting to something bigger than ourselves. A powerful and inspiring start to the day! 🦴 @garyrhodes & @drlouisenewson delivered a fascinating talk on “How you move at 80 is decided now.” We explored bone health, osteoporosis, hormones, muscle and movement, with some pretty shocking statistics. Definitely a subject I want to delve into much more! #healthoptimisationsummit #hos2026 #healthoptimisation 💪 I was also inspired by @jjvirgin’s energetic talk, emphasising that we need to train faster, not harder, eat more protein and build muscle. One of the key messages was that after 40, it’s muscle — not metabolism — that actually changes, and that building muscle is a choice at any age. Such an empowering reminder! 🏃‍♀️ Then it was all about running & longevity with @spencermatthews, @_olipatrick from UNTAPPED and @louieblake — exploring why runners live longer and the fascinating role VO₂ max plays in living a longer, healthier life. 🌬️ I also managed to squeeze in a breathwork workshop with @jjruescas, learning techniques for three very different states: 🌿 Calm down ⚡ Power up 😴 Fall asleep …and honestly, it was SO effective! Definitely taking these techniques away with me! And then there was the exhibitor hall… 😍 Some of my favourite discoveries: (See in comments below) Three days of learning, experimenting and discovering new ways to optimise health, longevity and everyday life. And now it’s Day 3! 🔥 What will today bring…? 👀 More to come!

Most people spend hours researching what to invest in… But far fewer think about where they should invest. That decision alone can make a huge difference over time. One of the biggest financial education gaps in the UK is understanding the difference between a SIPP and a Stocks & Shares ISA. I use both because they each have a different purpose. 🏦 SIPP = tax relief on contributions, built for retirement. 📈 Stocks & Shares ISA = tax-free growth and withdrawals, with access whenever you need it. It’s not about which one is “better”—it’s about knowing how each one works and using the right tool for the right job. We simply aren’t taught enough about this. Which are you prioritising right now… a SIPP or a Stocks & Shares ISA? 👇 Illustrative example only. Investments can fall as well as rise. Not financial advice.

Most people spend hours researching what to invest in… But hardly anyone talks about where you invest. That decision alone can make a huge difference over the long term. One of the biggest financial education gaps in the UK is understanding the difference between a SIPP and a Stocks & Shares ISA. I use both because they each have a different job: 🏦 SIPP = upfront tax relief, built for retirement. 📈 Stocks & Shares ISA = no upfront tax relief, but tax-free withdrawals and access whenever you need it. We’re simply not taught enough about this stuff in school. Which one are you prioritising? 👇 Thank you to @fahmidamoneycoach for the Inspiration Illustrative example only. Investments can go down as well as up. Not financial advice.
