Nine years ago, my divorce left me with nothing but a huge ass lawyer bill. Today I took the window AC out and hauled it to the basement. I built a comfy home for the kids and I, got one kid through college, and getting the other through their junior year. My retirement and savings aren’t where I want them to be.
