Absolutely love having @wearefunfit in every Wednesday after school. It honestly has to be seen to be believed. Such a brilliant structure that allows the kids to make the most out of the session - all curated and led amazingly by Coach Sy. The kids work hard and absolutely love it! Lush for the parents too; who get to have a watch from the side and a catch up with each other! Looking forward to next term already!

Last night we had 32 youngsters in Si’s Fun Fit @theGym Teens class, all working hard. Another 20+ in the primary school age before it.

Many of these kids already play sport in their own time. Yet they still show the discipline, tenacity and work ethic to come in and train on top of that.

They turn up. They listen. They learn. They graft.

They support each other, they respect the gym, and they represent themselves, their clubs and their families brilliantly.

We also had plenty of other young members training in the main gym last night, all showing great respect for the gym and other users - alongside some great junior role models from our own team.

Young people often get criticised, but evenings like this remind you that there are overwhelmingly fantastic kids out there doing things the right way.

They’re a credit. They’re the future.

Here’s a clip from last night’s session.
