🥳Kidmin conferences are the best!

✈️ I’ll be off to Orlando for the Children’s Pastors Conference (CPC) again this year! Anyone else? ✋

👏 I love starting off my year at CPC every year. The worship is always powerful, the speakers are top notch, and my favorite part is just getting to hang out with ALL OF YOU in person.

🎤I’ll be teaching a breakout in Breakout 1 on “The Kidmin SurvivalGuide: 5 Things IWish I Knew to Stay Healthy and Effective” + I’ll be doing coaching as well.

💬Comment “cpc” and I’ll send you more info about the conference, my free conference pack, and the full breakout list for this year!

P.S. don’t forget to follow me before you comment to ensure you receive the links.

Apparently, they decided to let me have a microphone again!

I’m so excited to share that I’ll be returning to CPC27 as a breakout speaker this January! What a joy!

Last year, I had the privilege of leading a breakout session, and I’m incredibly grateful that INCM has invited me back to share it again.

One of my favorite things about children’s ministry is getting to learn from and alongside other leaders. After almost 20 years in ministry, I still believe we have so much to learn from each other, and I love getting to be part of those conversations.

And speaking of those conversations… if you’re heading to CPC27, I’d love to connect! Whether we’re longtime friends, ministry colleagues, or haven’t met yet, let’s find some time to catch up, swap stories, and encourage one another. Feel free to PM me or text me or email me at carriemwiley(at)gmail(dot)com.

Can’t wait to see my children’s ministry people at CPC27!

I’m so excited to share that I’m going to be a breakout speaker at CPC (@weareincm) in 2027! 🥳

I’ll be speaking on Truth and Transformation for Toddlers: How To Engage the Head, Shoulders, Knees, and Toes of Early Childhood Ministry.

If you haven’t been to Children’s Pastors Conference before, it is an excellent gathering to grow and learn and network from and with other Pastors and Leaders to Kids!

I’m grateful for the opportunity to guest blog for @weareincm this week about helping kids know and experience what it means to belong to the whole church, not only their age specific ministries.

“We aren’t simply discipling kids to thrive in children’s ministry. We are helping them learn what it means to belong to the Church. As ministry leaders and kids pastors, we get the privilege of creating meaningful multi-generational worship moments for the kids and families that we serve.”

If you are Ministry leader in any capacity, I would encourage you to ask the question to yourself and your teams: “How can we intentionally create moments where kids worship, participate, and belong alongside the whole church?”

Im so thankful for the opportunities and conversations my church leadership gives to explore what this looks like at @marshillmobile (and the patience they have with me when I continually ask “Ok, but how can we make this more engaging for kids?”).

What an incredible week at CPC26 with @weareincm

So thankful for the opportunity to serve on the INCM staff and have a front-row seat to how God is working in and through KidMin leaders around the world.

Forever grateful to not only serve in KidMin, but to encourage and equip the leaders who show up week after week investing in the next generation to discover in Christ we have Hope!

This past week felt like a gentle unfolding. I got to experience #cpc26 for the first time and it was unforgettable.

God is so, so kind.

Again and again, He reaffirmed who I am, the calling He’s placed on my life, and the way He intentionally created me. Each time it felt gentle, unmistakable, and deeply reassuring.

God opened a space for me to dream, and for the first time, I did. It was beyond anything I could put into words, but I am open & excited for whatever He has for me.

I made connections I hadn’t expected, had conversations I didn’t plan, and saw God show up in ways that just left me in awe. I still have a full heart and know that this past week changed me in ways I’m only beginning to understand.

Thank you @weareincm 🖤
