We had such a great time at Redef con 9.0 hosted by @weareredefinition 😎😎

You know we sell majorly online and this time we decided to bring the HTNL experience to you physically for the second time in a row at the conference.
We reunited with our customers from the last event and met new ones.
You can tell everyone had an experience of what healthy eating should really feel like.

The annual Redefinition Conference presents an opportunity to pause and reset. I was therefore a pleasure to serve as Chief Host of the Redefinition Conference 9.0, themed “Ctrl+S — Control + Solution.”

The Conference brought together brilliant minds, including Karl Toriola, Mitchell Elegbe, and Bankole Williams, for thought-provoking conversations on taking control, finding solutions, and turning ideas into meaningful impact.

The message of “Save. Deploy. Scale.” resonated throughout the event — a powerful reminder that great ideas must be preserved, put into action, and scaled for greater impact. I also enjoyed the games that challenged participants to think strategically while having fun. I am grateful to everyone who contributed to making the Conference an inspiring and impactful experience. Looking forward to Redefinition 10.0!

It's so crazy how I went for a Conference and ended up on the stage cat-walking for a prize😅😅.

Redefinition 9.0 was amazing, First attendance and I'm happy I was present😁.

I met amazing people, learn a lotttttttttt and almost cried cause at a point my phone went missing(Omo story for another day).
Too much lesson to learn in one day😭🤣, but the experience was worth it and it's definitely not leaving my head😫📌.

I LOVE❤️🫰.

Had an amazing time at @weareredefinition . I learned so much, but one quote that really stayed with me was from @iambankole: “The miracle you are seeking is not at home.”
That line was a reminder that growth often begins the moment you step outside your comfort zone.
Every speaker shared something valuable, and I left feeling inspired. More than anything, it reinforced something I’ve been telling myself lately, “you have to put yourself out there Nea” So that’s exactly what I’m doing these days. Showing up, meeting people, learning, and trusting that every room has something to teach me.
Thanks @metropictures_ for inviting me💪🏾
