Spending time with my girlie, my hubby, and our friends doing dog stuff.

And I wouldn't want it any other way.

It’s STILL SUP season!! Took my @seagodssup Carta Marina out for a fall 🍁 paddle at Ike Kinswa State Park… the vibes were immaculate, and we had the river all to ourselves. #FindYourSanctuary.

Took a time out from a full schedule of fun fall events, harvesting the garden, preparing for winter, general coming back to life here in Vermont after traveling - to just float on an absolutely calm, still pond. Water was like glass, there was not a sign of life or noise anywhere. Just two loons quietly floating nearby. I encourage everyone to take a quiet time out in nature whenever you can. Soothes entire body mind and spirit ❤️

When the energy is clean, the vibes are immaculate. I can’t believe I’m out on Alpine Lakes in late September, my new board handles like a magic carpet out on the water. 💧 This is a dream. I’m not waking up. #energydrink #isbe #drinkisbe

Dragon boat practice wasn’t the only thing happening on the lake today 🚣🏻

While the crews were rowing in perfect sync, our squad of four dogs on paddleboards unintentionally stole the spotlight.

We even managed to match our SUP boards without planning it, which made the whole thing feel like we were our own little team out there. Paddleboarding is always fun, but adding dogs into the mix makes it unforgettable — a little messy, a little chaotic, but so much joy.

So what do you think… who was faster, the dragon boats or the dogs? 🐕
