🏁 Green Machines & British Dreams: Aston Martin F1 at the Heart of Silverstone Week

By Big Plant Pots | July 2025 |

“It’s the home race. The one every British team circles in bold red on the calendar. And in 2025, the build-up was every bit as electrifying as the race itself.”
🌆 COVENT GARDEN: THE CALM BEFORE THE ROAR

While the engines were still being finely tuned in the Silverstone garages, a different kind of showcase unfolded in London’s Covent Garden on 5 July 2025. The Aston Martin Aramco Formula One Team — never ones to pass up a bit of theatre — brought their sleek, sculpted 2025 challenger, the AMR25, right to the people.

Nestled in one of London’s most iconic spaces, the AMR25 sat coolly under the city’s early summer skies. Fans and tourists flocked to it, drawn by the shimmer of carbon fibre and the promise of racing pedigree. And there, complementing the machine with quiet authority, were four Forest Green Biggie Planters from BigPlantPots.co.uk — framing the scene with a balance of nature and design that even Adrian Newey might appreciate.

They played their part like seasoned pit crew — bold, British, and built to perform.

🏎️ THE AMR25: PRECISION IN BRITISH RACING FORM

Let’s not forget the car itself. The AMR25 is the latest in Aston Martin’s F1 evolution — an aerodynamic statement of intent, forged at the team’s gleaming new Silverstone campus. With Fernando Alonso and Lance Stroll at the wheel this season, the car has shown flashes of brilliance: especially on high-downforce circuits where Aston’s setup wizardry can stretch its legs.

Covent Garden offered a rare up-close look. No VIP pass. No paddock credentials. Just you, the car… and some very good-looking planters.

Moana has and will always be one of our favs as everyone use to compare Valentina to Moana as a baby 👶

We was blown away by the new product range and also how many amazing offers there was available in store for Christmas 🎄 we also took the opportunity and started some of our Christmas shopping 🛒

We are now so excited to go and see Moana 2 on the 29th November! Will you be going to watch Moana in cinema?

A Moana 2 GRAZING TABLE for @disney to celebrate the opening of the Christmas floor at their flagship store on Oxford Street and the new film out in cinemas at the end of the month!

Items included baby pineapples (how cute?!) as well as other tropical fruit, blue spirulina coconut yoghurt and gluten free granola, themed cakes, cupcakes, and cake pops which I used a pineapple to display as I had so many and thought they would look as good as they did! Themed cookies, freshly baked pastries and edible sand, shells and coral! 🌺🌊

STARGRAZING CO. For @disneystoreuk 🌺

It was an honour to create another table for the opening of the Christmas floor in the flagship @disney store on London’s Oxford Street for 300 people (it was replenished throughout the event which meant I got to meet everyone 🥰). 💫

What an incredible piece of art! This clockwork lion was designed and built by @wearesketch to raise awareness of the alarming rate of decline in the wild cat population. It was originally installed in Trafalgar Square. After the PR Stunt, it was auctioned off to raise money for the National Geographic Society’s Big Cats Initiative. The three-metre-high Big Cat took over a month to make and consists of over 500 clock parts.

This powerful piece of art is currently at @hertfordshirezoo It really does needs to be seen in person.

“Time is running out for big cats” ⏳
