POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

The only discomfort on a run should be hard intervals or heavy legs.
But unfortunately, that's not always the case.

That's why the first part of the RUN SAVE x MAMMUT @wearesoyl evening was, for me, the most important community event of the year: a workshop with @_judithsafeher on strategies and tools for staying safe as a woman on the run.

We love running. And we all want to feel safe while doing it.
My most important takeaways:
• Be confident that your body is strong.
• Train your mind to be ready and strong.
• Don't freeze.
• Defend yourself!

Afterwards, we put our headlamps on for the community run 🧡

If you ever get the chance to do a SafeHer workshop: do it. I can really, really recommend it.

Thank you, Judith, and the whole SOYL team 🙏
Thank you to @mammut for making sure we had a space and felt well looked after for this event.

Clouds in the valley, eerie atmosphere. The discussion whether shorts would be warm enough and who brought a spare jacket.

Then above the clouds: autumn bliss & sun🍂☀️

Out there today with @wearesoyl running on trails around Schliersee & Spitzingsee.

21km, 1040hm.

Join us for a calmer 2nd half of the month after marathon season, plus one bit of news: our Sunday brunch spot has a new name.

Cotidiano is now Convivio. The owners changed (Italians who really care about quality), but the place stays the same: Brienner Str. 50A. What that means for us:
• our table is reserved after the social run
• 10% off everything for the crew
• pre-orders are back at runandchill.de/convivio, open Friday 09:00 until Sunday 09:00
• the wait is a lot shorter than it used to be!

Wednesday 28th will be hill intervals together with @wearesoyl - take a headlamp!

Want the weekly updates and the pre-order password for Convivio? Join the community via the link in bio or send us a DM

Garmin: Is it a party? No, it's training!

We love you dearly, @garmindach. But seriously, there's a time and place for it 😅

Hilarious surprise when I went through my videos after last week's run & rave and found this gem. Turns out my lap mode was on and when I recorded this clip, Garmin sneakily found its way into it.

Hello @wearesoyl!

Lust, mitzumachen? Dann entdecke SOYL jetzt auf OUTTA. ⛰️
