I did it, my first ultra marathon 🏆

I signed up for this back in August when things were turbulent for me. I needed to prove my mental strength so I signed up for something that I always strongly disliked… running. I hadn’t run more that 3-5 miles / 5-8km nor did I want to 😂 I knew if I could get through an extreme dislike then I was capable of a lot more.

Until Saturday I hadn’t run more than half a marathon, and although I trained consistently since September, I’ve been injured for the last 2 months not being able to yoga/ gym or run without pain. I almost withdrew my spot last month but knew the negative bias would ruin me.

But I DID IT!! All by myself, 30 miles in 8 hours 🏆🎉

I have been inundated with messages, met some amazing people, made some new friends and officially born into the Pegasus family!
But I can’t leave out @jonevanss being incredible support throughout 💙

Hiiiiii! So this weeks Well-Good Wednesday class is looking a little different (for one week only due to venue maintenance)

Let’s have a ITB beach social instead! ☀️

Bring ya snacks, food, drinks, wine, water, treats, blankets and I’ll bring the people, the music, the floor table and more blankets!
(Optional for costume and towel, I may encourage a sea swim) 👀👀

Inversion Immersion 🤸🏽‍♀️✨ 29.9.24

Our Sunday journey into the upside down!
This was so much fun, even if I do say so myself… Sundays workshop consisted of practices and poses that brought the head higher than the heart (inversion pose).

Topping the session off with the old school yard handstands, learning how to support and spot each other, chucking ya legs up in the air and ya hands on the ground, hoping for the best 😂

Into The Body is 2 🥳✨

How fun having an open house was, being able to host my own get together in my own home was so lovely.
I’m also proud of myself for whipping up the grazing table that fed everyone who popped in throughout the day 💙

At least I know for future reference that 30-35 people is almost the maximum capacity for this little home 😂

I missed filming most of the day but here’s some snapshots I managed to get ✨
And yes, of course we played party games!
