wonky woods was so special 🌲🪵 I didn’t get nearly as many pictures as I would’ve liked but im really just here to send praise to my team and the community for working together beautifully all weekend. I led a promo team of 35+ (who all slayed), helped with social media, organized my team for the fire circle and performing, brought in a lovely stack of food vendors, and juggled artist relations management. this weekend taught me that sometimes we need to take a step back to enjoy and recognize the fruits of our labor, which is harder to see when you’re involved in a lot directions. but the community is what keeps us going and gives us those reminders that we made something special here no matter how stressful or long those nights were. everyone was so friendly, helping one another, even helping our staff. it was HOT but the river alongside the venue provided an experience I think everyone needed. hearing compliments from artists I love on the hospitality they received was also rewarding, with most completely unaware this was a first year festival. our entire production was beautiful from sound to lasers to visuals with lots of awesome people putting in work. I could go on forever honestly but I just wanted to say thank you all around for such a fulfilling weekend 💫✨💜 to name a few: @wonkywoodsfestival @rockcastleriverside_ @___bella.falk___ @krystledoeshair @a1productions1 @theonisound @mary_austin_rn till next year 🌲🪵🏕️🍄
