Popped into the garden centre (@webbsgc ) to admire the Dieffenbachias (which I absolutely LOVE), but another plant stole the show!

✨ Monstera Burle Marx Flame ✨

With its incredible, flame-like leaves, this beauty is a real showstopper!

And the price? Just £29.99! 😱 Considering similar plants can sell for £50–£100+, this felt like such a bargain! 💷🪴

I went in for one plant, but this one had other plans! 😂💚

🎉Mylo’s 18th!!🎉 (multiple captions)

gonna be SO real. Monday was eventful.

we started the day INCREDIBLY with a trip to my FAVOURITE garden centre @webbsgc and Oatis absolutely SMASHED it (pet friendly obviously).

we had 4 barks through the entire trip!
🐾 one at a dog before we went in but it was litrelly one like whingy bark as if he wanted to say hello.
🐾 one at the reindeer (slide 4) which fair enough tbh, it’s a novelty thing that you very rarely see and the best bit.. he recovered SO quickly!
🐾 one tiny one at a small child in the tunnel he ran through (slide 13) which again fair because it was a dark tunnel whith a figure crawling through but again i rest him while the child was still in the tunnel and he didn’t bark again! and the it was then his turn through the tunnel!
🐾 and one absolutely hilarious one where he saw this dog statue (slide 15/16) and was sniffing it and exploring it. and then turned around and turned to face it again and then barked 😂😂 like he had JUST been in its face fine and then he barked once and then looked like “oh that was silly why did i do that” 😂! and yet again recovered very well and quickly!

i had a lovely arrangement of presents!

we had some really amazing cuddles this morning and altho my boy is teething again :/, BUT he’s being very loving this time round! and it’s no where near as painful!

on the way into Webb’s after i had met my tutor and done my maths, yes i know OUTRAGEOUS i had to still do work (jk), Oatis had clearly spotted this reindeer before i had because his heel walking went out the window 😂

he barked at it which fair enough, it’s novelty and your dogs are ALLOWED to show fear and anxiety it’s how the recover from it that matters! it was massive but after investigating it, and these fluffy pom pom things next to it 🤦‍♂️😂, he was absolutely fine and recovered really well, just as he should!

we then encountered new flooring (which sounded awful under Oatis’s paws 😅) and fake snow! he was a bit thrown by this and was VERY intrigued by the fake snow, we kept joking about how he was gonna end up sneezing or sniffi

You know it’s been a good day in the garden when you come inside absolutely filthy, aching all over, and feeling ridiculously pleased with yourself. 😂🌿

One corner of the garden, a complete transformation! Digging, cutting back, lifting, dividing, replanting and mulching. All in preparation for an even bigger and better display next year. 🌸

There’s something so satisfying about getting stuck in, making a complete mess and finally standing back to admire what you’ve achieved.

And yes, I’ve started pruning my @david_austin_roses mid October. The weather is very autumnal here. Gales, rain and a very light frost last night. So I’ve shortened the canes, removed the leaves and fallen ones, checked them over and put them to bed for the year. 😂

And those muddy hands at the end? Evidence of a bloody good day in the garden! 🤎

Anyone else find that a day spent getting filthy in the garden is a day well spent? 😂🌹

The Christmas Grotto is returning to @webbsgc Cheltenham 🎄

From Saturday 5 December to Thursday 24 December, families can wander through the traditional grotto, post letters to Santa and mix their own reindeer food to take home ready for Christmas Eve. Families can also meet Santa in his cosy cabin, choose a toy and decorate festive gingerbread 🎅

From Saturday 17 to Sunday 25 October, Clubcard members can also enjoy 10% off Christmas department items 🚨

Alongside seasonal displays and festive finds, visitors can enjoy a complimentary glass of fizz and a mince pie while browsing (on Saturday 17th only) 🛍️
