POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED
Friday was my first time standing up and sharing the BOCA Brand story and the journey these last three years have taken me on. 🩵 In this clip, I’m talking about one of the moments I’ll never forget: holding the leather strap for my first prototype after someone at Tandy Leather stayed late to teach me how to make it. I was working in a cubicle, horse training hadn’t worked out the way I’d hoped, and I felt pretty lost. But holding that strap, I had this overwhelming feeling of peace. I remember thinking, “This is going to work.” I still believe that was a God moment. Thank you to Tandy Leather for helping me get started, and to Jennifer Nay and the Women’s Entrepreneurship Collaborative at Auburn University for inviting me to share my story on Friday. That journey is why I’m starting The Cowgirl CEO. I want to help entrepreneurs get their ideas off the ground and help horse trainers who feel stuck figure out their next step. If that sounds like you, send me a message. I’d love to hear your story. 🤠

The raw, unedited reality of Built to Lead. Because of the Young Innovators Day that I hosted at Auburn University’s New Venture Accelerator, my sister, Kallan, is now competing in one of the many entrepreneurial opportunities that Auburn University’s Harbert College of Business has to offer: Ideas Jam. I am so proud of her for being only 13 and stepping out of her comfort zone to pitch an idea that can help a community she is passionate about helping. This is us working hard on a call to perfect her pitch while also teaching her the important elements of the pitch she will be delivering. This is what Built to Lead is all about: dream it. Believe it. Pitch it. #builttolead #auburnuniversity #clforal

September WEC meeting! 🤠 I had the opportunity to speak at Auburn University’s Women’s Entrepreneurship Collaborative meeting and share how I went from training horses to building Boca Brand. One of my favorite parts was talking about how a problem I kept running into as a trainer became my first product and eventually a business. I also loved meeting other women who are building things of their own. Thank you to Jennifer Nay and the WEC for inviting me to speak and for having me at lunch! 🩵 and thank you to @charli_mcconnell_co for getting me ready for this presentation!! 💕💕 If you’re working on a business idea or ready to grow what you’ve already started, I have a few spots open for The Cowgirl CEO monthly mentorship. Send me a message and let’s talk about what you’re working on! #thecowgirlceo #bocabrand

The first Young Innovators Day was a SUCCESS! There’s something so special about watching an idea you once dreamed about come to life and seeing the excitement, creativity, and confidence it sparks in students. When I created Built to Lead, I wanted to give students something I wish more young people had access to early on—the opportunity to explore their ideas, build confidence, learn practical skills, and be surrounded by people who encourage them to dream bigger. Watching that mission come to life at Young Innovators Day was a moment I will never forget. I am so thankful for every student who showed up ready to learn and create, every parent who trusted me with their young innovator, and everyone who helped make this day possible. Seeing the excitement in the room reminded me exactly why Built to Lead exists. This was the first Young Innovators Day, but it certainly won’t be the last. I already can’t wait for the next one! 💚✨ Dream it. Build it. Lead it. #BuiltToLead #YoungInnovatorsDay #AuburnUniversity #newventureaccelerator #FutureLeaders

August WEC Meeting! At the August Women’s Entrepreneurship Collaborative meeting, I had the opportunity to pitch Built to Lead and connect with members of our community about exploring ways to continue expanding the initiative throughout Lee County and Auburn University. One of my favorite parts was getting to share what’s coming NEXT — the first Built to Lead: Young Innovators Day is happening THIS Saturday at Auburn University’s New Venture Accelerator! 🎉 What started as an idea to give students earlier access to entrepreneurship and leadership education continues to grow through mentorship, collaboration, and people who are willing to believe in the vision. I’m so grateful for the connections made, the encouragement shared, and the opportunity to keep growing something that is building up future leaders. 💚 Build. Empower. Lead. #BuiltToLead #YoungInnovatorsDay #EntrepreneurshipEducation #AuburnUniversity #newventureaccelerator

One of the greatest blessings of building Built to Lead has been watching students realize they already have something valuable to offer the world. From elementary classrooms to college campuses and even to the baseball field, I’ve had the opportunity to encourage young people to lead with confidence, use their gifts boldly, and understand that purpose is not reserved for “someday.” It starts now. My favorite thing to tell them is "just go for it" Whether I’m speaking with students about entrepreneurship, helping them recognize their strengths, or creating conversations around leadership and service, the impact is found in the moments where someone begins believing in themselves again. Built to Lead is more than a message — it’s a reminder that every student can be equipped to build and lead right where they are. #missalabamaorg #misscoveredbridgeal #CLforAL #builttolead #service

I am so honored to have been selected as one of the featured student entrepreneurs for the Women’s Entrepreneurship Collaborative commercial. We wrapped shooting recently, and I just wanted to share some highlights with you all! This experience was nothing short of incredible. I was able to learn about production and the thought and time it goes into executing something like this. I was also able to meet and work with so many amazing talents, and lastly, I got to watch my journey through the Harbert College of Business and entrepreneurship unfold into an amazing commercial to inspire others to “just go for it.” – Caroline I wanted to add tiny dancer Caroline to the back of this post to remind myself and hopefully everyone reading this to go for the things tiny you once dreamed of. #CLforAL #misscoveredbridgeal2026 #missalabama #missalabamaorg

So grateful for the incredible support from the Women’s Entrepreneurship Collaborative at Auburn University for introducing Lake Life Wellness Studio to such an inspiring community of women leaders and innovators. 💙 Our mission is bigger than fitness, it’s about creating a space where people in Dadeville and the Lake Martin area can prioritize their health, build confidence, and truly feel their best. Being welcomed and highlighted by an organization that champions women entrepreneurs and small business growth means the world to us as we continue building something special for our community. We’re honored to be part of a network that uplifts, educates, and empowers women to chase big dreams and bring meaningful businesses to life.
