I’ve always loved small ceremonies and the intimate way it allows couples to experience these moments with their closest loved ones. I had one myself and it was really special.
Whenever it’s safe to gather in small numbers again, a lot of couples who had to postpone their wedding still want to celebrate on their original date with their essential people. Whether it be a small intimate ceremony (legal or not) or a lovely candlelit dinner, we are so here for these beautiful plans and believe these dates should still be celebrated. So order that mini cake, get yourself a bouquet, do a FaceTime photo session with a talented photographer if small gatherings are still restricted, and create memories that will still last a lifetime.
I have a lot of great vendor recommendations for these types of plans. If anyone needs any or special rentals of course, just send me a dm 💕

Throwback to a few weeks ago with this set up at @wedwellshowcase. How pretty is this floral adorned lattice backdrop behind our Aurora sofa and all the perfect floral accents in this cozy lounge space we designed alongside @mumsgardenfloral?! I love how this turned out, and I’m so grateful for the connections made that day, some of which are now T&T 2020 and 2021 brides! 🎉💕

Safe to say, I have reached that point in winter where I've nearly given up on looking presentable, and my focus is entirely on staying warm. ❄️ If you've seen me out and about in my Sorel boots, know that there’s a 95% chance my sock was falling off.⠀
⠀
I'm Krista, by the way. Once in a while I pose for the camera, but mostly I'm behind the scenes, planning & designing weddings, and making it all happen. ⠀
⠀
My home office is a place of organized chaos, filled with Ikea furniture. I share the space with a mini-trampoline and a sofa bed. A thousand throw pillows. And a TV that has yet to get reconnected to the DVD player, so I can watch Felicity while I work. 🤜 Shout out to the Scott Speedman fans. ⠀
⠀
I "balance" my time between business and family. 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 When I'm not wrangling or snuggling two super cute toddlers, I'm working. Or talking business with my hubby. ⠀
Seriously though, I could spend all day planning and plotting for clients, and my other projects - @wedwellshowcase, @thereverlsessions, and @aisleacademy. 2020 has some exciting plans for all of them.⠀

We love a good floral installation! So pleased with how the bachelorette lounge turned out @wedwellshowcase last weekend✨ @tuftsandtoile styled the space to perfection with her vintage pieces and decor, and our florals look so beautiful on her lattice backdrop, don’t you think?
