Week 8 of prep. Feeling a lot lighter this week now that Dad is out of hospital. Life has been stressful lately and the scales haven’t been moving the way I wanted, but having my coach come across the globe to see me during Team Day and spend time with us all was exactly what I needed. I needed to see him more than he knows — a proper head wobble and a reminder to keep trusting the process, keep practising my posing, and keep showing up. Despite the stress, I’m feeling strong. The Gladiators experience was epic and I completed the Eliminator! Huge personal win. Turning down sweet treats and data discussions at work. On top of that, celebrating my daughter passing her exam and qualifying as a dental nurse made me incredibly proud, and ending the week by seeing my granddaughter was the perfect finish. Prep isn’t just about weight loss — it’s about navigating life, staying disciplined, and appreciating the moments that matter most. Week 8 ✔️ Trust the process. Keep pushing forward. 💪 #prep #figureathlete #teacher #balance #trusttheprocess

From watching it as a kid to actually living it... what an experience 💥 Gladiators was everything I hoped it would be and more. So much fun, so many laughs, and memories I'll never forget. Grateful to celebrate your birthday @roch__fit and for the time spent with amazing friends, the downtime to switch off, and the chance to be part of something I grew up watching. Sometimes you don't realise how much you need a bit of fun until you're in the middle of it. Epic from start to finish. ❤️🙌 @gladiators.experience #Gladiators #ChildhoodDream #MakingMemories #GoodTimes #balance

Little June dump ☕️ 5 weeks or so since touching down in the UK and finally starting to feel like home again ❤️‍🩹✨✨✨ Whenever iv been asked how it feels being back from Dubai and Iv not really known how to respond - it’s weird being in a place you absolutely love and feel so aligned and connected with, but without any of the things life I truly appreciate or need to fill my cup personally. So as much as miss it, equally I wouldn’t trade being home right now even if I can’t fully describe why yet. Lots of time spent with the people closest to me was exactly what I needed honestly, and it’s truly made me reevaluate what makes me happiest day to day and appreciate it so much more 🫶 Being self employed and working with people can be just as taxing as it is rewarding at the best of times. But going through so much change, just dealing with a lot of life and adulting really did wear me down ngl Since being back and more local to all my beautiful clients again I feel so much more connected to my purpose and vision for @transformhercoaching_ which is just a nice cherry on top!🍒🍰 Anyway, feeling very grateful to be back, and with so much love, support and good vibes around me 🕺🕺🕺🕺 (Swipe to the end to a see a fraction of a month-in-the-life of a coffee addict) 😚✌️

Week 2 of prep ✅ Finding that balance and making it work. Still making time to socialise while sticking to the plan. Started with a friend's birthday breakfast, then a coffee date with the girls that somehow turned into a cheeky Diet Coke and a little dancing 💃🏼 I've loved being off work this week and made sure I was prepared by taking my meal prep with me so I could still enjoy time with friends. They all understand the process after supporting me through last year's prep ❤️ Posing practice is underway, cardio boxes ticked (even in the heat 🥵), pushing through leg days, recovery on point, and keeping consistent with my Empower shots. One week closer. Trusting the process and enjoying the journey. ✨ #prep #bodybuilder #figureathlete #trusttheprocess #balanceiskey
