Did you know.... your core doesn't need crunches to get stronger? 🫶

This one move challenges:
✨your glutes,
✨deep core
✨and pelvic floor all at once.

The magic happens as you exhale on the effort, helping your body recruit the muscles that support your spine and pelvis.

Sometimes the most effective exercises are the simplest 🙏 Which suits me, especially during school holidays!!

✨ Save this to try later (use the 🔖 button to the right) and follow for more evidence-informed Pilates that helps you move better in less time, not just a "work harder" mentality

For years, I thought feeling calmer meant overhauling my life 🤪⤵️

Turns out, my nervous system responded better to tiny things I could actually repeat.

Things like:
• morning mobility before the family wake up 🌿
• slower breathing
• morning light
• simple + effective Pilates movements

That’s the theme inside my online studio this month:
Retreat At Home 🤍

Gentle nervous system support, pelvic floor & core strength, mobility, grounding routines filmed out in nature 🌿🌄🌿 with movement that helps you feel more like yourself again.

Comment “RETREAT” and I’ll send you the details...it's going to be a dreamy month 🌄

This and…not knowing what day of the week it is ⤵️

As someone in wellness, you’d think I always had it together ~ always nourished, always grounded 🌿

But honestly?

❌️ I thought I had to earn rest...

But life + motherhood ~ and finally listening to my body ~ taught me something different.

Now?

🌿 I create the spaces for like-minded ladies

🌿 Where slowing down is sacred

🌿 Where being supported is strength

🌿 Where sisterhood isn’t a luxury ~ it’s a lifeline.

That’s what happens inside my retreats ✨️
That’s what flows through my online studio 🧘‍♀️
That’s why I do this work 🤍

Because when a woman remembers how to soften, her entire life shifts.

And I’m here to help her remember.

Comment STUDIO if you’re craving a space that helps you reconnect ~ with yourself, your strength, and a way of living that finally feels good again ~ I've created a little online corner of the Internet where you can feel good at the click of a button with me as your pilates coach 🤎

Let's get started, Jana xx

👉 Isnt it too late to get rid of chronic widespread low back pain??

When its been like it for Years??

When you've been stretching the sore spot for ageeeees??
⤵️
But here’s the truth: your body isn’t just a collection of muscles, it’s a system. When one area is chronically tight, another is usually chronically weak.

At the start of September, we rolled out our mats in the Vitality Method Online Studio and dove into exactly this: easing out tight lower backs while illuminating the real heroes—the deep core + glutes. ✨

Today I’m sharing a quick posture visual so you can see how the puzzle pieces connect. If your low back feels like it’s carrying the world, this is for you. 🌍💛

This week inside the studio, it’s "Easy Breezy Back Care Day 🧘‍♀️" ~and the journey keeps unfolding.

👉 Want to go deeper? It’s not too late. Every guided series stays in the online studio forever. Start where you are, when you’re ready, and feel your body ease up with my guidance—wherever you are in the world 🌎

Comment "easy" and I'll share you a free 3 day access 😘

Have a fabulous week,
Jana xx

👋 Don’t do perimenopause nutrition like this ⤵️

If your current strategy looks like…
❌ Skipping meals
❌ Surviving on coffee and willpower
❌ Trying to “eat less” because that’s what used to work

…it’s no wonder your energy and mood feel like a rollercoaster.

Here’s a better way 👇

✔️ Start your day with 20g+ protein
✔️ Balance meals with fibre from veg 🥕🍠🫑 + good fats to stabilise blood sugar
✔️ Think “fuel and support” not “cut and punish”

💛 This is exactly what I teach inside my 5-week Online Vitality Goddess program....I've had SUCH a huge response from my clients already so....its going ahead....our LIVE ONLINE round together starts Sept 22nd + I've dropped an early bird 🐦 offer on if now is YOUR time 🤍

Comment GODDESS and I'll send the link with info + early bird pricing (limited for next few days only!)

Jana xx

Drop GODDESS in the comments if you think I should run a live round 🤍

✨ 3 things your Pilates instructor wishes you knew about your body ✨ ⤵️

1️⃣ Your “core” isn’t just your abs.

It’s a whole team ~ deep core, pelvic floor, breath + glutes ~ all working together ⤵️

When one is offline, the rest pick up the slack (often leading to stiffness or pain)

2️⃣ Shaking is not failure.

Those little tremors in class? That’s your nervous system wiring in ✨️new strength✨️. It means your body is learning, not giving up.

3️⃣ You don’t have to be flexible to do Pilates.

🙏 You come to class to build mobility and strength. Flexibility is just a side effect of teaching your body better patterns.

💛 Pilates isn’t about being “perfect” — it’s about ✨️progress✨️. Your body is smarter, stronger, and more adaptable than you give it credit for.

👉 Which one of these do you most need reminding of today?
1️⃣, 2️⃣ or 3️⃣ ?

✨ “You look happier.” ⤵️

Thanks 💛 ~ I found I don’t need fancy equipment or hours in the gym to feel stronger than ever 💪

Just short Pilates sessions from home → supporting my joints, core + pelvic floor… and giving me energy that actually lasts.

👉 Want in? My online studio is open for you, comment ME for the 3 days free link 🫶

Love Jana + my lil sis Zoe xx
(We filmed a full length 15 min arms together for you, dropping in the member area asap)

The lie we are all believing ⤵️⤵️⤵️

.... is that we need a full hour, perfect conditions, and endless motivation to do “real” Pilates… enough for us to finally feel strong + pain-free.

FRIDAY THOUGHTS INCOMING ⤵️

When in reality, just 10-15 mins of smart, focused movement ~ done consistently and with care ~ can COMPLETELY change how your body feels.

CURRENT CLIENTS can you comment below to let everyone know...this is the TRUTH.

✨ You don’t need to be perfect
✨ You don’t need to wait for the stars to align
✨ You just need to start

Inside my online studio, we build strength that sticks ⤵️

without the overwhelm, the shame, or the all-or-nothing mentality.

You CAN do this in your own time, in your own home, in a way that supports you through perimenopause and beyond.

🧘‍♀️ Movement is medicine—but it doesn’t have to be a marathon.
Drop a ❤️ if this is the reminder you needed today.

Drop PILATES if you are ready to get started

Have a faaaaab weekend
