If you’re not willing to get it wrong, it will take you longer to get it right.

When it comes to learning something new, chances are good that you're going to be bad at it before you're good at it.

No one comes out of the womb already walking. They say that you have to crawl before you walk, but you have to be carried before you can even crawl.

Process.

Learning requires reps, feedback, and correction. You don’t need to be perfect to make progress—you need to be willing to try, adjust, and keep going.

To skip the process is to skip growth. 🤔

Comment GROW if you’re choosing progress over perfection.

The only real limit is the one you agreed to keep

You don't have to deny your circumstances to question the story you tell yourself about what's possible.

You are completely capable of solving hard problems, breaking old patterns, and building a career and life you don't need a vacation to escape from.

The breakthrough you're chasing isn't out there in the world—it starts with the operating system running between your ears.

If you’re ready to stop spinning your wheels and install that new baseline, let’s get to work.

"Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind..."

You will never feel comfortable in a space that requires you to play small.

When you mute your enthusiasm, hide your ambition, or laugh off things that bother you, you aren't building relationships—you're managing perceptions.

The right room has high ceilings. It has room for your full height.

Double tap if you're done playing small this year.

An evening of understated luxury at the iconic Pigalle.

Tucked away from the buzz of Sandton, Pigalle offers the perfect setting forthe nost delicious food, impeccable service and an ambience that makes you want to linger a little longe than you should.

Good food, great company and a touch of old school glamour — exactly how an evening out should feel.

Hanging out in the streets on Braam on a random rainy Thursday night cos we can and should experience life to the full.

Also came out to see young talent making waves in the music world and it was so worth the drive from the North.

You can be rejected and still be valuable. 🚨

Truth
Rejection can feel personal. Whether it is a missed opportunity, an unanswered message, a relationship that ended, a job you did not get, or an idea someone did not support, rejection can quickly make you question your worth. 🤔

But rejection is an experience—not a definition of who you are. 👈🏾

Perspective
Not every opportunity is the right fit. Not every person has the capacity to recognize your value. Not every closed door means you lacked what it takes. Sometimes rejection is about timing, preference, alignment, capacity, or direction—not your worth. 🧐

This is where my 4-Pillar Coaching Method helps you respond with intention:

1️⃣ Acknowledge the disappointment instead of pretending it did not hurt.

2️⃣ Address the negative thoughts rejection may have triggered, such as “I’m not good enough” or “I’ll never be chosen.”

3️⃣ Assess the situation honestly: What can you learn, what is outside your control, and what story are you telling yourself about the outcome?

4️⃣ Act by taking the next wise step—refine your approach, ask for feedback, apply again, strengthen your skills, or pursue a better-aligned opportunity.

Takeaway
Your value does not decrease because someone said no. You can learn from rejection without allowing it to become your identity. A closed door may redirect you, but it does not disqualify you. 🧭

Where have you allowed rejection to make you question your value? Comment “VALUABLE” if you are choosing to move forward without attaching your worth to one outcome.

The goal is not to think you are better than everyone else. The goal is to stop believing you are less than everyone else. 🤔

Healthy self-esteem is not arrogance. It is not pretending you never struggle, refusing feedback, or believing you are more important than other folks.☝🏽

It is recognizing that your value is equal to everyone else’s—even when you are learning, healing, starting over, or stretching beyond your comfort zone. Your oxygen is just as important.

Low self-esteem will often tell you that everyone else is more qualified, more deserving, more confident, or more capable. But comparison is not an accurate measure of your potential. It only keeps you focused on what you think you lack instead of what you are growing into. ⬅️⬅️⬅️

You do not have to compete for worthiness.
You can celebrate someone else’s success without minimizing your own. You can admire another person’s gifts without questioning whether you have gifts too. You can enter the room without assuming you have to prove you belong there. 👀

Today’s mindset shift:
I am not above anyone, and I am not beneath anyone. I have value, purpose, and something meaningful to contribute.

Where have you been treating yourself as “less than” others? ❓️❓️❓️
