Yesterday photoshoot was such a special day!

Captured beautifully by @metsonphotography, it was a real team effort 👩🏼‍🤝‍👩🏻 Everyone cheering each other on + helping make the day run so smoothly.

The energy in the studio was pure support + strength, in true AJF style. 🩵

We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better group. Everyone looked and felt amazing!

Sunset Sunflower Yoga! Twenty beautiful souls feeling the magic & flowing with their frequency! The energy & pure enjoyment was amazing, such a privilege to hold this space & share! My focus is to make yoga accessible & enjoyable for EveryBody! So we had the opportunity to capture the ABS this past weekend and it was such an amazing experience to see hair , makeup and fashion all come together in one space. Can’t thank our amazing team that built out the vision for us to execute the storytelling. Lastly, we’re very excited to be using AI 🤖 generated content for our film thanks to @katsukokoiso.ai who created this using AI’s new technology. WOW , RIGHT?! Who would have thought we’ll be using AI in today’s world, especially from a hair , makeup and fashion instance.

Creativity to me, is about being spontaneous. Making decisions in the moment and being completely open minded. I never plan any of my looks - even for collections or for a big show. My approach to creativity is never premeditated, It’s always instinctive. My beautiful model Louise had a cool haircut previously, but I really wanted to put my own stamp on it, and that got me thinking; Had her previous haircut have been different, the look that I produced would also have been different as it may have been restricted or directed according to something completely different. That’s the beauty of creativity, the opportunity is always there, we just have to be open to it. I think this quote by Bruce Lee sums it up perfectly: “Absorb what is useful. Discard what is not. Add what is uniquely your own.”
