Meet Clinton AKA “The Weightloss Messiah” — our latest guest on FitStories with Manny and Nomzy! 💪🏾

Clinton says he went from 120kg to 90kg through fat loss, then bulked up to almost all muscle, bringing his weight back up to 95kg.

But here’s the BIG question…

🤯 He says he did it all in just 3 MONTHS!

How?! Is it really possible? What did he eat? What did his training look like? And what exactly happened during those three months?

🎙️ Let’s find out!

Watch the full episode on our YouTube channel and hear Clinton tell the story himself. Link in our bio.

🔥 Be inspired.
💪🏾 Start your journey.
❤️ It’s never too late to start.
