We’re so lucky to have her on our team, bringing such a fun, positive, and hardworking energy to everything she does.

After being a longtime training client, it’s been such a pleasure to welcome Emma as a coach and watch her make an impact on our young athletes. She’s an incredible role model and a wonderful example of what it means to work hard, lead by example, and have fun along the way!

Thank you for everything you do, Emma! We’re so grateful to have you as part of the CP family. ❤️

A few weeks ago, our staff came together for our Staff Olympics! All summer long, our team participated in a fitness challenge, similar to the winter challenge we offer clients. We set personal and professional goals, created weekly bonuses, and had weekly discussions centered around our staff book, The Culture Code.

At Cook Performance, we believe in constantly bettering ourselves, both individually and as a team, so we can be our best when serving you. We know the dedication it takes to stay committed to a fitness challenge for weeks at a time, so we wanted to celebrate our staff and the milestones they reached!

Jeremy took home the gold in chin-ups with an impressive 24 reps, and jump rope. He tied for gold in vertical jump at 28”! He also achieved his personal goal of completing a 50-mile bike ride!

Dylan competed in several events and brought home the gold in the bench press with an impressive 46 reps. He also tied for first place in the vertical jump at 28 inches!

Chassi showed up and volunteered for any event that needed her! She especially crushed it in the chin-ups, cranking out 10 reps with the red band. Her PR is an impressive 4 reps with NO band! She also hit a PR in TBDL with a 1 rep max of 199!

Georgia competed in a few events and set new PRs in both the squat and TBDL, with 1-rep maxes of 167 and 188, respectively!

Zach showed out for his first Staff Olympics, claiming 3 wins! He took home the gold in the heavy bench, sled sprint, and 10-yard dash, beating Jeremy by just 5 hundredths of a second. His bench was 295!

Emma also showed out at her first Olympics, competing in nearly every event and taking home the win in three of them! She claimed gold in the TBDL, squat, and plank (4:00). Her TBDL and squat were 247 and 194 respectively.

Sarah was able to join us for this year’s Olympics, participating in the jump rope. She was also our outstanding ref, scorekeeper, rep counter, and more, all while holding her youngest, Benjamin…well, not while jumping rope ;).

As summer comes to a close, we want to take a moment to show our appreciation for this year’s summer intern, Emma!

She did a great job helping with our Youth Fast & Fit program, but even more special was getting to witness her growth and development—from training with us as one of our athletes 10–12 years ago to now being the coach.

She’s an incredible athlete herself, but an even better young lady. There’s no doubt that many of our Fast & Fit campers took away more than just greater speed and strength from their summer with her.

Thankfully it’s not a good-bye as she’ll still be helping out on some Saturdays!

All the best back at college, Emma!

REMINDER: We will be closed in celebration of America’s 250th Birthday on Saturday, July 4th! If you are regularly scheduled for a Saturday workout, please be sure to reschedule your session in the MindBody app.

For our Summer Fast and Fit program, we will be moving the Saturday 9am make-up class to 9am on Friday, July 3rd.

Our Saturday 8am large group participants may come to any of our Monday, Wednesday, or Friday 6am classes.

Please schedule accordingly and reach out if you have any questions!

We’re excited to officially introduce the newest member of the Cook Performance coaching staff, Emma Weiler!

Emma joins us after training at Cook Performance for nearly 8 years, so it’s safe to say she knows her way around the gym and what our culture is all about. Her experience as both an athlete and long time member makes her a perfect fit for our team.

Emma is currently attending Marian University, where she studies Nutrition along with Fitness & Wellness while competing on the women’s golf team. Her success on the course has been outstanding at every level.

At Batesville High School, Emma was a 4-time All-State golfer. Since arriving at Marian, she has continued to build an impressive resume, earning NAIA First-Team All-American honors while also setting school records for lowest round and lowest scoring averages.

We’re proud to have Emma back at Cook Performance in a coaching role and can’t wait for the impact she’ll have on our athletes!

These have been some of the best years of my life and I am thankful every day that I chose to play for Marian. This team has become my family and I am so grateful for everyone who supported me and cheered me on throughout my journey. I have had the best teammates and I will always love every memory I have made with them. The van rides, the songs we made ours, pre-round talks, on-course memories, and our team-bonding nights. This long chapter of my life is finally at its close and I just want to thank everyone who was a part of it 💙💛

With Fast & Fit 2026 right around the corner, it’s time to meet the coaches leading your athlete this summer!

Each coach brings a unique background and a shared goal: helping athletes improve, build confidence, and enjoy the process in a safe, supportive environment.

- Coach Dylan Cook: Certified Personal Trainer and Specialist in Strength & Conditioning through the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA), and a coach at Cook Performance for over 6 years.

- Coach Tyler Burcham: High School Strength Coach Certification (HSSCC), 4 years as Batesville varsity baseball head coach, 8 years as BMS Health & PE teacher, and 2nd year coaching at CP.

- Coach JJ Stenger: Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist through the NSCA. College track athlete and coming up on 4 years at CP. Studying for doctorate in Physical Therapy.

- Coach Emma Weiler. Former 8 year CP athlete! Emma was a 4-Time All State Golfer at BHS, and NAIA First Team All-American as well as school record holder for lowest average and lowest round at Marian University. She will be entering her senior year at Marian where she is studying to be a dietician.
