🌟音樂節小攻略分享：
．記得帶水、毛巾、換洗衣服、傘/雨衣、涼感噴霧/濕紙巾/滾珠瓶
．現場有賣酒水，但原本已經在趴竿前就不太方便擠出去買
．當天沒什麼太陽，但舞台前人很多都擠在一起，所以很熱
旁邊的觀眾有缺氧難呼吸的狀況（建議還是要評估自身狀況參與音樂節）
．想趴竿看到自己喜歡的歌手建議提早4-5個小時比較容易站前排

世錦賽預賽跟決賽的兩天

Last stage, but not the end✨
比賽結束後沉澱了一個月 其實從前年就開始思考卸下選手身分， 而最後一場，我們還是想用世錦賽為自己最初的夢想劃下一個句點。
但同時，也會用另一種方式繼續熱愛這項舞蹈啦啦隊運動。
 很開心這次能和Garnet 一起完成一個不可思議的作品
今年不再一味追求高難度翻騰 反而更專注在整體風格與舞蹈呈現
雖然這次的成績和自己的期待還是有些落差， 但看到總分有進步真的很開心 （原本很擔心翻騰難度下修後，連前十舞台都進不了）

這次世錦賽能拿到很多單項評分 8 分， 其實已經突破我們往年的成績很多很多了 （尤其是一致性🤣）
國際盃不小心出現了一個我們從來沒發生過的失誤，但好險我們還是堅持跳到最後。

真的很欣賞各國隊伍的編排和創意。 好喜歡大家帶著同樣的熱情，在同一個舞台上發光的樣子。 這才是啦啦隊運動最想傳達的精神
互相鼓勵、一起變得更好🔥

最後的最後， 謝謝協會以及所有教練們默默的付出 謝謝這十年一路帶領我成長的曼達教練 謝謝家人們無條件的支持 也謝謝永齡基金會以及所有廠商夥伴，成為我們最強的後盾。

Standing on the same stage with the same passion. I’m truly grateful to have had the chance to connect and share experiences with athletes from different countries.

於今年四月底前往美國奧蘭多，
參與由 ICU（International Cheer Union）主辦的「2026 世界啦啦隊錦標賽」🏟️

世界啦啦隊錦標賽為全球最高等級的啦啦隊國際賽事之一，
匯聚世界各國頂尖隊伍參賽，
也是全球啦啦隊運動的重要年度盛會。

永齡基金會透過資源支持與贊助，陪伴選手能無後顧之憂地出國參賽，全力代表台灣挑戰世界舞台🔥

本次賽事中，兩位選手成功取得：
🏆 2026 ICU 世界啦啦隊錦標賽
嘻哈雙人組第七名
🏆 2026 ICC 啦啦隊國際盃
嘻哈雙人組第五名

此外，兩人近年也持續於國際賽事累積亮眼成績：
2024 ｜亞洲啦啦隊錦標賽嘻哈雙人組銅牌
2024 ｜啦啦隊世界盃嘻哈雙人組季軍
2024 ｜世界大學啦啦隊錦標賽嘻哈雙人組銅牌

從一次次訓練、排練到正式登場，
雙人組最難的從來不只是動作本身，
而是在彼此之間建立絕對信任與默契。

It’s taken me this long to collect my thoughts after the absolute whirlwind that was Team Australia and Worlds 2026…

So many thoughts, so many memories, so much pain, so many tears… just so many emotions. But the main thing I keep going back to… pride. I finally walked away feeling so, so proud.
3 years ago, I was a mess, telling myself I was done and that I can’t do it anymore.
3 years later, I’m over 20 kilos down, walking away from my 3rd round of Team Australia the strongest I’ve been physically, mentally and emotionally. And for icing on the cake, majority of Australia’s podiums were won whilst performing to my music. There are not enough words I can use to describe how fucking proud I am.

@brittabyrnes, you deserve a whole post I swear. I cannot explain how grateful and proud I am of you. As a coach, choreographer, visionary, creator… and as a friend, I am just so so proud of you. You amaze me and none of us would be here without you. Thank you for pushing me to my best version of myself, you have done this. It has been such a high honour to be a part of this journey with you! 🫶

@lexielliwade you bloody weapon man. Thank you for pushing this old man to keep up with you. Thank you for being the partner I need… and thank you for dealing with this old crippled ass 😂 you’re the hardest working person I know and I will forever have full respect and love for you!
