Yesterday, precisely 200 days after the first walk of the Mount Kobe Century Hike-a-thon and 100 days late, we finally completed the last walk 😄🐾⛰️ It’s been a slog but there’s no better way to finish than to be surrounded by Kobe’s good buddies on a beautiful sunny afternoon.
Thank you to everyone who came out for a walk as well as our overseas friends who’ve been doing their own #mountkobecentury walks on their local trails in Kobe’s honour. A special thanks to the family of @husky_ludwig for finding enough energy to walk after running the Sydney Marathon in the morning (🤯), and an honourable mention to @mishkamagic who did not complete the walk after receiving the day’s only red card for eating unsuspecting Asian tourists at Orphan Rock Lookout.
In the next day or so I will total up all the donations received throughout the Century plus from your hashtags and let you know the final amount we will donate to the Australian Animal Cancer Foundation. The donation page is still up on our website (link in bio) if anyone would like to make a last minute donation ⛰️🐾1️⃣0️⃣0️⃣

What a day! We had the BEST time exploring the Dog Lovers Festival, meeting some of our favourite brands, shopping, snacking and of course… getting very spoilt along the way 🐶 ❤️ @thedogloversfestival
This year was extra special as we were lucky enough to attend as media, which meant Maple could come along with us and help capture all the fun! 🎥🐶

The weekend sunrise crew finished filming 🎥 so we took the opportunity to have a play 🤪

🐾✨ DOG LOVERS FESTIVAL — PART 2! ✨🐾

Because one post definitely wasn’t enough to fit all the fun from such an amazing day! 🤎🐶

Part 2 was filled with even more adventures, plenty of posing and, of course, lots of furry friends! 🥹🐾 I loved meeting my friends @adventures_of_minniemouse , @weiss.world , @_humphreybear_ and @everybody_loves_reuben for the very first time, and getting to see my friend @thor.ivy.harlow_de_frenchies and @millie.kobe.lacey again! 🐶🤎 Nothing better than catching up with familiar faces and making new friends along the way.

Of course we had to stop at the iconic I ❤️ DOGS sign @thedogloversfestival for plenty of photos! 📸 I posed with my friends before taking things to the next level and sitting on top of the sign for my own little superstar moment. 😂⭐️

There was plenty more exploring to do too! I checked out the @kurgoanz setup and tested out what life would be like as the ultimate adventure pup 🚗🐾, cruised around the festival in my @furkinginsta pram like the VIP I am 👑 and showed off my personalised pram sleeve made by @zoomies.dog._ with my Insta handle on it so everyone could find and follow my adventures! 🩵📱🐾

No @thedogloversfestival adventure would be complete without treats, so naturally I had to stop by @pawtion.au for an important taste test. 😋🐶 Safe to say they passed the Ollie approval test, so we grabbed a few delicious bags to take home too! 🛍️🦴

I also had to try out a couple of VERY important looks for the day by @tinkaandco.au … 🤠🐊 First up was my cowboy hat, giving everyone my best little Wild West pup impression, before switching things up with my Crocodile Dundee hat. 😂 I’m still deciding which look suits me best!

Between meeting friends, taste-testing treats, shopping, posing for photos, showing off my Insta pram sleeve and cruising around taking in all the excitement, it really was another unforgettable day. 🥰

Safe to say I slept VERY well after this adventure! 😂💤
