I used to think sharing my running journey was just about documenting my own growth. Until people started telling me, “You inspired me to start running.”

And now, getting to lead community runs and be part of someone else’s running journey makes it even more meaningful.

From being inspired by others to hopefully inspiring others too along the way. That’s something I’ll never take for granted. 🤍

A morning well spent leading the Foot Locker x Adidas community run with my @wekenrun family, bringing runners together to move, connect, and experience the new EVO SL colorway.

Good shoes, good company, and even better reasons to keep running.

Full house, full hearts.

Our Key Coffee Kissaten Glorietta turned into the Run Base for Footlocker x Adidas EVO SL launch. Swipe for the warm-ups, the vibes, and everything we served up along the way. ☕️🥐👟

Thank you @adidasph @footlockerph @wekenrun for choosing us. Until the next run! 🏃💨

how running saved my life.

started running alone.
somewhere along the way,
i found my best friend, my partner.
and somewhere along the miles,
i found my people.

strangers became friends;
friends became family.

a coach who believed in me,
friends who kept me going,
family who cheered me on,
and a community that made me feel i belonged.

five months. countless miles.
so many beautiful souls.

i thought i was just learning how to run.
turns out, i was finding reasons to keep going.

hearts full. legs kicking. smiles unwavering.
from the bottom of my heart,
thank you for being part of the reason. ❤️‍🩹

Fun morning with @footlockerph x @adidasph @adidasrunning and @wekenrun! 🖤 Love chasing personal bests, but mornings like this remind me why I fell in love with running. The community, running buddies and the joy of simply showing up and moving together.

And ofc, getting to run in the EVO SL! 👟✨ Exclusive colorways available at @footlockerph!

Here’s to more miles, good company, good coffee @keycoffeekissaten and falling in love with running over and over again. 🤍

I had a whole lot of fun doing pacer duties at this morning’s @footlockerph x @adidasph community run! 😀

We ran using the newest colorways of @adidasrunning Evo SL (now available at Footlocker branches), met new friends including a running DJ, and capped it with some delectable coffee and breakfast goodies at @keycoffeekissaten !!!

It truly pays to pay it forward! 🫶
