@adidas has been on my list of DREAM BRANDS to work with since I started this little business 8 months ago.

Last Saturday I was able to see that dream come to life after my good friend @gzaryckyj founder of the incredible wellness group @weldaclub asked me to cover this activation highlighting the adidas marathon winner ADIZERO at her run club at the @1hotel.bklynbridge

Beyond thankful for her friendship and camaraderie as we build our small businesses in New York City 💪🏼

Over the weekend, I had the opportunity to experience “Your Body Is Not Against You,” an Orē Women’s Immersion Day in SoHo.

Through movement, pelvic floor practice, somatic breathwork, honest conversations about women’s wellness, yoga nidra, and acupuncture, I was able to connect with my body in a way I hadn’t experienced before.

As I continue on my own wellness journey, this experience reminded me of the importance of slowing down, listening to my body, and giving it the care it needs.

Thank you, @weldaclub for inviting me, and thank you to @ore.retreat for creating such a powerful and impactful experience. 🤎
