When we say POP OUT! That’s exactly what we mean… cause the vibes, the level of fitness & the support is unmatched.

PILATES, HIIT & FUN CARDIO all in one place is literally the perfect way to start your week.

I have no words besides GRATITUDE! Thank you to everyone! My team, the vendors, the ppl capturing moments, family, friends, & those that just walk outside & join 😭 it truly matters 🫶🏾🫶🏾

SEE YOU @ “FIT 5” RIGHT? 🤭

The 4th Community Fitness Experience was nothing short of amazing🙌🏾 Three incredible fitness coaches @sw_finest @____donice @msf.y.t_community came together with local vendors to bring awareness to health, wellness, and the importance of showing up for ourselves and each other. From cardio, Pilates, double dutching, and plenty of good energy — the community came out and showed love!

Community is built through movement, connection, and creating spaces where everyone feels welcome💪🏾✨

Big appreciation to everyone who came out, participated, supported, and helped make this day special.
